Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped in negotiations for a good price as well. They were also mindful of my time and ran most of the numbers over the phone without sitting with games at the dealership.

Wow!

Wow! I inquired about a used Lexus RX350 and stopped in to go for a test drive and see if the numbers made it possible to transition into the vehicle. Well the CAR was great, the PRICE was great, and most important the CUSTOMER SERVICE was outstanding. This was largely due to CLINT BADER, Sales Consultant who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my needs. Grant LaFrinier in the Finance Dept. was also extremely helpful in making the deal happen. He was able to secure a loan at a good rate and find an affordable Extended Warranty even though the car was an older vehicle. Combined with Clint and Grant's efforts, the whole experience was enjoyable and not one bit of pressure. Can't say enough about Clint's ability to communicate and put the buyer at ease. They answered all my questions and demonstrated a high level of integrity. THANK YOU Scanlon Acura! FIVE STARS (05-25-22)
