Sam OrisDeroa was an a excellent sales person, he completed all our paper work the day before we arrive, we just had to sign and take the vehicle. I recommend him, he was very friendly,very satisficed with new purchase.

Very satisfied with transactions

Friendly sales people. Answered all of our questions. Gave us a good trade in allowance. Prompt service, very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience. Car was spotless.

Purchased new RDX

Sales person (Eric Lane) was very helpful in obtaining the car from another dealer due to the fact there wasn't one in stock at Ft. Myers.

Great Customer Service

Traded in my sons's car for a 2008 Ford Explorer. Very easy and pleasant experience. Kim and Joe were great to deal with and Mark in the Business Office kept it smooth and easy process. Thank you !

Purchased 2012 Ford Escape (w/ trade)

I recently traded in my wife's car at Scanlon Acura for a 2012 Ford Escape. The car was very clean and looks and runs great. I appreciate the no haggle process and Kim and Joe were great to deal with (again!). This was my 4th purchase with Scanlon Acura and Kim in the past 6 months !

Great Service

I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the service I received, starting with Andrew in the service department and ending with Eric. They attended to my every need. The process of buying a new car was painless. I know Frank Leslie and I am sure what happens in this dealership filters down from him

Great customer service

We were greeted promptly and provided the information we asked for. We were not oversold which we really appreciated. We were treated with dignity and respect. We purchased a 2016 Acura RDX and we are very happy. Thanks to our sales associate: Eric Lane for a great experience

Easy to deal with

I leased an Acura ILX in September 2016. The dealership and Kim Morgan were very easy to deal with and it was quick transaction. In January I unfortunately totaled the car and 2 weeks later leased the same exact model car again with Kim.

Happy customers!

Everyone was great! Very relaxed environment! No one was pushy or rude! They delivered everything that we asked for. We purchased a 2014 Honda and we love it! We were shocked that they did not fill the gas tank since we traded in our car with a full tank of gas! Kimberly Morgan was our salesperson and she did a great job! We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family! Thank you Kimberly!

Fuel Pump issue new car

I purchased a 2016 MDX in November of 2015. The car was purchased in New York. On March 9, 2016 I was at my condo in Ft. Myers. I was planning to leave for New York on the 10th. I finished a round of golf and went to my car but it wouldn't start There was no problem with the battery. Eventually the car was towed to Scanlon Acura. I called ahead and spoke with Andrew Wuttke. I advised him that i I had to be in NY by the 12th of March for a family wedding. The car didn't arrive until after 5:30 that day. He waited for me and held a technician. It turned out they couldn't fix the problem until the following day, March 10th. I was advised that it was a fuel pump issue and I would have to wait another day until the part came in. this was unacceptable. Andrew told me not to worry, spoke with his boss, and they took the part from another new car. It took over a day to fix my car, and as I was told, multiple call to California for guidance on the repair. Andrew kept me apprised and on Friday I got the car, made the marathon drive to NY and attended the family wedding. Andrew was reassuring, cooperative and genuinely committed to getting my car repaired. It was a great experience and I think he his a first rate employee and a credit to your business.
