perfect customer experience cross the board!

Scanlon Acura set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience! We looking for very specific models of TXL(type S), so we drove over 250 miles to just to look at the car in person, and end up trade my car in and purchased the Type S right there! My husband is a total car guy and quit experienced when comes to purchase new car, he always brace himself and mental prepared go into a car dealership. Instead, we have most down to earth sales women and finance managers we ever dealt with. Joanne pay great attention of all the detail and understanding our need, she even check on us to make sure we get home safely due to the weather and long drive. Grant, the finance manager provided us speedy yet smooth finance transition and only suggest the options we need. Also, we very much appreciated he feel comfortably to share some of his personal experiences of life in general! We definitely highly recommended and totally worth the trip! They go above and beyond in every aspect!

I sought out a very specific car with a very specific

I sought out a very specific car with a very specific trim and color for months- and I finally found it at a dealership 150 miles south of me. I was so happy that my search brought me to Scanlon Acura. I was connected over the phone to Michael- who immediately got to work finding out about this new trade in that came on the lot (but wasn't quite ready yet). As it was being reconditioned and I was waiting, Michael kept me in the loop on the regular, calling to update me on the progress and that he would let me know as soon as it was officially on the lot. He gave me solid, out the door numbers during this time so I could do my due diligence and be ready if this was THE car. When it was finally ready, Michael immediately called me so I could schedule a time to come down and see it- I was able to place a deposit to hold the car- and it was just in time because there was A LOT of interest. Michael hustled on my behalf to hold the car and give me all the details. Over the phone we were able to prepare all the numbers/paperwork/info so I could come down and it would be a seamless, quick process. I spoke to Grant with financial over the phone and he was amazing in giving me the finance information I needed, and ended up getting me a lower rate than my previous pre-approval. I came down and was in and out of there SO QUICKLY after a test drive and signing on the dotted line. I couldn't be more grateful to this amazing team at Scanlon. I've painstakingly searched for months, and I am so happy that my journey led me to this dealership. It was a quick, painless experience, and I'm absolutely in love with my used (new to me!) 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited. Michael and Grant are so friendly and personable, and never pressured me to get anything I didn't need during the process. Amazing experience from start to finish! Thank you Scanlon, and thank you Michael and Grant!

Dan and Joanne were great.

Dan and Joanne were great... it was probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had.. Klay in service and my finance guy (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was fun and efficient

Purchased a 2019 RDX….

Purchased a 2019 RDX….flew to Ft Myers, picked up by my salesperson, taken to dealership where all the paperwork was ready to go. Car was cleaned and a full tank of gas provided. Service was great, met the sales manager and finance manager, great guys. An exceptional shopping experience! Car was just like advertised…..nothing hidden, will buy there again.

I’ve had a bunch of cars, and by far I’m the most

I’ve had a bunch of cars, and by far I’m the most satisfied with my Acura TLX, and scanlon Acura. The dealership goes above and beyond. They treat you with the most respect, and will do anything to accommodate you.the service people are wonderful! (Clay) hard to find people that take pride in their jobs now a days.. I will from now on only buy at scanlon Acura! Thank you guys!!

Scanlon Acura and especially Jesse Sellers made this the best experience we've ever had buying a car. In the times of covid and car shortages that says so much. From the first phone call Jesse was informative and honest. He made the process from ordering to picking up transparent and easy. We ordered an RDX and were lucky to have one coming in a matter of a few weeks. Jesse spent a great deal of time helping us understand how to use all of the vehicles options. We traveled over 2 hours to buy from Jesse and Scanlon, because our local dealer added on so many fees and lied about other dealers charging the same. Scanlon has fair pricing and delivers. We would highly recommend you consider them for your next purchase, whether you live nearby or not.

Just had the pleasure of assisting one of my financial planning clients buy a new MDX from Jesse Sellors and Scanlon Acura. From the first call you can tell Jesse has represented this brand for some time. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the incentives and the car itself. As we all know the market is hot right now. He let me know they had the exact car my clients were looking for coming into inventory within days. We were looking at another Walter that had $2000 market adjustment and around. $1500 of other add on’s. We settled on MSRP and we were very fine with that. Working with finance was just as simple. Wired the funds and 3 days later he delivered the car to my clients door. Took great time to educate them on their new car. As you can tell we are very pleased and will refer and work with Jesse and Scanlon again!! Thanks!!
