I bought my 2024 ram 1500 in October 2024.

I bought my 2024 ram 1500 in October 2024. Four months have gone by, and the motor in my automatic step has not been replaced. This was supposedly ordered a few days after I purchased my truck. I purchased an extended warranty that was obviously a huge waste of money considering I can’t even get an item serviced from day one. This is 100% unacceptable!!!!

Deceptive as xxxx

I was provided a written quote on a truck that stated an odometer reading of 14 miles. I agreed to the deal but when I was signing the paperwork, I was presented with an odometer number of almost 300 miles. Also we agreed to a specific payment but as I was signing the paperwork, that payment was $11 more per month. It doesn’t sound like much but I assume they do this compulsively which would net at least a million dollars every year for the dealership. Par for the course with car dealers. Shady people at Galeana from sales up to the finance people.

Awful People!

They are refusing to fulfill my warranty for service because they want to charge extra fees not in the warranty, they said its $320 to check the 2 Maintenace lights on top of my deductible! I said no I have a warranty then they said $160. I said no the warranty said all I pay is the $100. I asked to see in paperwork the fees they wanted but they couldn't produce any I called my warranty office while there and they said I don't have to pay over the deductible, that they pay the diagnostic charge and if what's wrong isn't covered under warranty an I still want Galeana to repair the car anyway at that point they can charge for a diagnostic of the uncovered repair. The manager argued with me that that's not right. I was on the phone in front of them while I was there and told them as I was told that he can just talk to the company himself ask for Lorie and she would explain he refused! they said they were doing me a favor and would wave the fee my warranty company just told me I didnt have to pay?! They said to drop the car off because I had an appointment at 9 for service. The service manager said it would be done by the end of the day when I gave him the key. At 2:30 I asked if they at least knew what was wrong at this point the waiting room had filled and emptied twice! After 5 1/2 hours and he said you only scheduled to drop the car off not get it fixed! The same man that told me it would be done by the end of the day had a smerk on his face saying I scheduled just to drop the car off! Being a woman I told him just give me my keys, I will just have my dad come with back with me to get it fixed. He yell's at me saying I shouldn't have waited for the car to get fixed i should have left??? Then when I get the keys to leave he laughs and yells HAVE A NICE DAY. I yelled it back to him with a gesture demonstrating my feeling of his treatment of me!

Certified check is only for the money have it vhev

After paying several hundred dollars for what they claim to be a thorough go through on the vehicle so it’s certified took delivery last Saturday 6 days ago my wife drove it home n when u got home she said there was a little yellow caution lite on I immediately drove the care it jerked hard to the right nearly causing a wreck I find that it’s a turn signal malfunction. For me I was more concerned about the being jerked into traffic . Called a friend he told me had to be front end he asked if I checked the tire pressure I said it has pressure warning so I doubt it but I checked on the door it says 39 psi all four where inflated at 30 the car has less than 9000 miles and the pressure warning wasn’t set up ever. I tried filling them a valve stem stuck so 30,000 cash later in 5 days two of which it sat it’s got a flat in my driveway , they replaced the valve stem n today I stopped to ask if they could replace the bulb n told them like the tires I don’t believe I got my several hundred dollar check up and the new car manager told me they checked all the safety things first both where safety issues almost killed me n I paid for much more than safety issues n didn’t get that! They told me they weren’t doing anything after he 10 minutes before they would ! Please watch your step! Lie cheat and steal !

Great price TERRIBLE FOLLOW THROUGH

I gave the dealership and the sales manager Scott Shutes 6 weeks to resolve my issue prior to leaving this review, I have contacted him no less than a dozen times looking for a resolution. I will start by saying that I got an exceptionally good price on the car that I purchased but nothing else has gone as it should. The car arrived damaged, not major but a dime sized hole in the paint on the trunk lid that will require paint to be corrected. I purchased a NEW car, if it were a used car I wouldn't care. No solution has been offered to compensate or correct for this. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a title and a refund of the money they over charged for registration. Communication is non-existent. No service after the sale. The car was delivered without tags, my NH temp tag would have expired weeks ago if not for Covid-19 but it does expire next week and then I will be without a car. WHERE IS MY TITLE, WHERE IS MY MONEY, WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION?

Lazy service people

I have never wrote a complaint before, but these people in the service department are lazy, I dropped my car off last night they said they weren’t busy and it shouldn’t take long. Well they must of had to make the oil cause it took them all day. They would text and say it’s just about done since 3 o’clock, so finally at 6 right before the service department closed I call and there like we just finished if you can get her soon you can have your car today. Seriously!!. It’s actually our fault this same thing happened last time we were there the battery was dead and it took them 4 days to put a new batter in. Wish we had more mechanics like them nothing but time on there hands.

Frank Fernandez was terrific finding us our dream Jeep Wrangler. Very knowledgeable about the models and took us right to the Jeep we took home. Today he called and offered help with anything about the Jeep we didn't understand. That's service!
