I gave the dealership and the sales manager Scott Shutes 6 weeks to resolve my issue prior to leaving this review, I have contacted him no less than a... dozen times looking for a resolution. I will start by saying that I got an exceptionally good price on the car that I purchased but nothing else has gone as it should. The car arrived damaged, not major but a dime sized hole in the paint on the trunk lid that will require paint to be corrected. I purchased a NEW car, if it were a used car I wouldn't care. No solution has been offered to compensate or correct for this. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a title and a refund of the money they over charged for registration. Communication is non-existent. No service after the sale. The car was delivered without tags, my NH temp tag would have expired weeks ago if not for Covid-19 but it does expire next week and then I will be without a car. WHERE IS MY TITLE, WHERE IS MY MONEY, WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION?
After 2 months of shopping for my first truck I finally found the perfect one for me at Galeana! My salesman (Terry) couldn't have been more patient and... helpful with me, even giving me his personal cell # to keep me updated on anything new they got on the lot! I had this kind of setup with many salesman in the area because coming back every other day got frustrating and tiring, especially when looking at multiple places. Terry was always in contact with me letting me no of any trucks or sales they were having, even coming in on his day off to get me in the one i loved. Juan financed my truck for me and worked out some awesome deals, really made it affordable for me, especially with off season around the corner . I really appreciate all the time and patience Terry and Juan had and I highly recommend these two! Thanks a lot, one happy customer!

I have never wrote a complaint before, but these people in the service department are lazy, I dropped my car off last night they said they weren’t busy... and it shouldn’t take long. Well they must of had to make the oil cause it took them all day. They would text and say it’s just about done since 3 o’clock, so finally at 6 right before the service department closed I call and there like we just finished if you can get her soon you can have your car today. Seriously!!. It’s actually our fault this same thing happened last time we were there the battery was dead and it took them 4 days to put a new batter in. Wish we had more mechanics like them nothing but time on there hands.
Horrible experience. Horrible financial advisors!!! Never again will I ever purchase a vehicle at this place!!! Sales person Hector was ok and helpful... but the rest of the process was a nightmare.
Frank Fernandez was terrific finding us our dream Jeep Wrangler. Very knowledgeable about the models and took us right to the Jeep we took home. Today... he called and offered help with anything about the Jeep we didn't understand. That's service!
I usually don’t write reviews but my service here was amazing. After speaking to Frank Fernandez about what I am looking for he reassured me this is where... I needed to be and he was right. recently bought my car here and was very pleased. Galeana had a very nice collection of cars but what made it a great experience was Frank Fernandez. I highly recommend him he went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taken care of , even things he was clearly not responsible for but made it a priority to make sure I left the dealership happy and made me comfortable with the purchase ! My first experience buying a Jeep was made very easy and pleasant by Frank, the new car sales agent. My previous 6 vehicles were Acura's. but Frank was... able to zero in on best vehicle for me on only looking at two. Once the decision was made the rest of the process was very easy including the financing. They got me in and out quickly and driving my new SUV.
I had my kia serviced their and even sold it to galeana and also my 1st liberty serviced their. Thy refused to service my mint garaged kept 50,000 mile... liberty with extended warranty because it is a 2009 therefore 10 years old. I am asking for the 10 year old rule or policy in writing just because the way I was treated. They stated 2020 is coming up therefore my 2009 cannot be serviced. hmmm wonder if I can see the policy or if I was a cute chick with a low cut on.
