I usually don’t write reviews but my service here was amazing. After speaking to Frank Fernandez about what I am looking for he reassured me this is where... I needed to be and he was right. recently bought my car here and was very pleased. Galeana had a very nice collection of cars but what made it a great experience was Frank Fernandez. I highly recommend him he went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taken care of , even things he was clearly not responsible for but made it a priority to make sure I left the dealership happy and made me comfortable with the purchase ! Make sure if your in the market for a car stop by galeana crysler and ask for Frank Fernandez ! Thank you !

After 2 months of shopping for my first truck I finally found the perfect one for me at Galeana! My salesman (Terry) couldn't have been more patient and... helpful with me, even giving me his personal cell # to keep me updated on anything new they got on the lot! I had this kind of setup with many salesman in the area because coming back every other day got frustrating and tiring, especially when looking at multiple places. Terry was always in contact with me letting me no of any trucks or sales they were having, even coming in on his day off to get me in the one i loved. Juan financed my truck for me and worked out some awesome deals, really made it affordable for me, especially with off season around the corner . I really appreciate all the time and patience Terry and Juan had and I highly recommend these two! Thanks a lot, one happy customer!

My first experience buying a Jeep was made very easy and pleasant by Frank, the new car sales agent. My previous 6 vehicles were Acura's. but Frank was... able to zero in on best vehicle for me on only looking at two. Once the decision was made the rest of the process was very easy including the financing. They got me in and out quickly and driving my new SUV.
I had my kia serviced their and even sold it to galeana and also my 1st liberty serviced their. Thy refused to service my mint garaged kept 50,000 mile... liberty with extended warranty because it is a 2009 therefore 10 years old. I am asking for the 10 year old rule or policy in writing just because the way I was treated. They stated 2020 is coming up therefore my 2009 cannot be serviced. hmmm wonder if I can see the policy or if I was a cute chick with a low cut on.
I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Edwin Leiva about two weeks ago. Because I wanted leather seats I had to bring the vehicle back and leave it the... entire day. I was worried about not having a ride home and was told - “don’t worry we will figure out something for you”. LIES. I ended up having to rent a car from enterprise for the day in order to get home as the process took from 9a to 5pm for the seats to be done. Because this vehicle only has one key - I requested another key and was told “that won’t be a problem - we will take care of that” LIES. They will tell you one thing to make the deal go through and never follow through on what they say. BUYER BEWARE - GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THIS SALESPERSON LIES. I have to say that I spoke with another salesperson when I brought the Jeep in and he also told me to “ call Edwin tomorrow - he can get you the key”. Whoever this was - he lies also. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I used to praise this dealership in comparison to Cape Coral Jeep. They are all the same. They lie to make the sale.
I tried to gather info about leasing a vehicle from this dealership and they don't even get back to you. I got a bunch of generic reply with their inventory... and nonsense subscriptions. I emailed Dave and Danielle Minore, but nobody bothered to reply. Probably not the best place to do business with.
Alberto Maldonado helped us with the purchase of our new Fiat. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! We will be bringing our daughter in too!
The service department is very unorganized, and clueless about the most basic of details like our name, they put our car in under the name of a Tile Contractor,... They failed to call us for over an hour and half after the car was ready. There was a series of incompetent people in the registration process and the payment process. Evidently the service people can and do their job it a timely fashion, but we politely waited for them to announce when our car was finished, but the call never came until we went up to the window to ask how much longer it would be. Then they could not find our paperwork as it was not in our name. They did not even correct it when we paid, the paperwork still has a name unrelated to us on top of it. It was a frustrating unnecessary waste of our time totally do to the incompetent of those that took my car in for service and the people who call us to pay for service and return our car to us. I will try a different dealership for service next time.
Very dishonest and disloyal. I was ready to make a deal, then many things were changed. I was VERY misled by my salesman. Actually I would'nt say misled... would more classify it as straight out lied to.

After reading your comments we made it a p...riority to right any wrongs that you may have experienced. We have tried multiple times over the past few days to contact you, without any success.
