This seller has been on Cars.com since August 1999.
For over forty years the Scanlon Family has been serving Southwest Florida. With the purchase of a Lincoln Mercury dealership on Fowler Street in 1980 John Scanlon began building his family business with a strong focus on being employee oriented customer driven and community conscious); treating all with respect honesty integrity and dignity. Today John and his son Jay continue to build upon that same foundation within the Scanlon Lexus & Scanlon Acura dealerships both now located south on Tamiami Trail / US 41 in Fort Myers.

A shout-out to Scanlon Lexus of Ft.

A shout-out to Scanlon Lexus of Ft. Myers' staff, especially Glen Conway. We had a death in the family and really needed advice, help and service with her car. Glen treated us like family. He was patient with us and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Glen and Scanlon!

Bought 2023 used Santa Cruz.

Bought 2023 used Santa Cruz. Said they only had 1 key but would get second..They said they never said..Shalvi and management certainly don't stand behind their words...Put it in writing..

Hi Robert, there was a misunderstanding about the extra key, and we apologize for that. Each used car on the lot has a note for all associates to be able to tell how many keys come with the car, so we are 100% upfront about this since they are expensive. Shalvi was upfront about only having one key. We always try to get another key from the previous owner, and want every car we get on trade to have a second key when possible. The confusion was that we would buy one if the other key was not located. We do put owed items on a "WE OWE" so that things promised happen. We agree with having things in writing, it makes a clear understanding for clients and the dealership.

This is the second used car I've ;purchased from Scanlon

This is the second used car I've ;purchased from Scanlon Lexus and worked with Shalvi Uddin for this purchase.and was very impressed with him. He made the process easy and treated us with respect. He was courteous and returned phone calls and answered my questions after the sale. I will not hesitate to return to Scanlon Lexus when again looking for a car and will certainly ask for Shalvi. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was helpful and again very courteous. Kudos to Bill Smith and Chris Downing for a well run dealership.

Caroline and Susann were absolutely incredible!

Caroline and Susann were absolutely incredible! I have never had an experience like the one I have had over the last couple of days with the two of them! They were both very attentive, extremely kind, going above and beyond to ensure a great deal. I would absolutely not hesitate working with the both of them again! And in fact would love to work them again in the future! I cannot thank you both enough!

Very easy process purchasing a vehicle. No hidden fees, everything upfront. Wagner made it a very enjoyable experience. Got the car cleaned and gassed up for us before we left.
