Harbor Nissan

We purchased our Murano at Harbor Nissan in 2012. Recently, it was time for another periodic inspection. Scott was there at the maintenance counter to welcome and assist me, and he made several great suggestions that would reduce costs. The expected time for this inspection was approx 1.5 hours, so I waited around in the lobby. To my surprise, about an hour later, Scott approached me and stated they finished the maintenance and inspection. He explained in detail what the technician accomplished, and that we are in good shape for our long road trip north. Like all the employees I've met at Harbor, I find them knowledgeable and efficient, and it leaves me with great comfort knowing they care. Thanks again Scott.

Mike Longo sets up everything and makes the transaction go flawlessly. Tom Hines completed all paperwork in a timely manner and made sure we received what we were to receive for what we were to pay, this is our 8th vehicle we have purchased thru Mike and 15th vehicle thru Harbor Nissan.

The car I was looking at was listed on Carguru for 14,790, however once all the initial paperwork was handled it was priced at ~17,000 and the loan was calculated towards that. I noticed it and pointed out the price I saw, it was changed. Fantastic. After speaking with a outside source, we came to the conclusion that the price per month was a bit extreme considering the interest rate, my credit is poor. I won't lie, however my co-sign is 700+. 18% is a bit outrageous considering the model of car I purchased is 5 years old. With that said I requested both Gap and an extended warranty be included at the price of the car. This is where it got tricky. The sales associate got approval, however it was not included as part of the 14,790 it was completely added onto the price of the car causing the loan to go up(I did not realize this until I was already in the finance office signing papers, first time I actually saw the new change). Not so fantastic. The car is great, I wish it had been raining when I checked it out however, I would have been able to notice the windshield wipers do not turn off once turned on. Interesting, right? Not their fault, can't blame them for that. Here is the kicker though, the MSRP on the car I purchased is valued higher than I spent, much, much higher. It was a slight oversight, but hey I am not complaining about anything. Thanks for business folks. Perhaps provide a bit more transparency to your customers, but other than that all went alright.

Michael Longo went above and beyond to help get us the 2 NV1500 vehicles we were looking for. From start to finish, Michael was there, even going so far as to make the trip down to drop off our vehicles.
