Do not stand behind their used cars.

Do not stand behind their used cars. Even though they advertise that they want 100% customer satisfaction. I Took my car back that had been in a major accident with a bent frame in 20 other items broke and was told I bought it as is. Sales manager said he would take the car back and give me a refund and apparently the owner would not do that. Still trying to get the repairs done on my own on things that could not wait. They did repair a broken control arm and did a good job I'm sure they did not want the liability for that hanging out there. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle here. Ask for Carfax four times and was given excuses.

I did not realize it if you only spend $20,000 you get an inexpensive vehicle from the back row. Which still should be Road Worthy and not have broken and bent parts under hood and frame. I do not believe there's any warranty that will cover previous accident damage. And I'm sure that fixing the broken A-frame was a great liability off of Harbor Nissan. If getting the Carfax is so easy why the salespeople could not do it when asked. At this point I would settle for the cost of the repairs at The Body Shop to get this resolved.

Jerome invited me in and treated me like we've known each

Joe Vlastelica my sales guy was great to deal with.

Joe Vlastelica my sales guy was great to deal with. He has a wonderful attitude that was such a pleasant change of pace when a person is looking to buy a car. The dealership did not have a ridiculous addendum that was 5000 to 6000 dollars like the other dealerships in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. I recommend this place to everyone and recommend Joe as sales guy that everybody should see. Great experience!
