Still under warranty and they want to charge me to find what is wrong with vehicle. They lied about what is under warranty when I bought vehicle I do not... and never will go back there for anything. I recommend that you drive right by them and go anywhere else.
I had an appointment for a simple oil change today. When I arrived I pulled into the Service line and waited 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged.... I asked for the Service Manager and he was unhelpful, arrogant and rude. I will never use this place for service or to purchase any future vehicles, back to Estero Bay Chevy. Very unprofessional.
I love after getting my service I get two months of Sirius!

*****RIP OFF**** BAD BUSINESS *** ROGER DEAN** 2018 Corvette ZO6.... 4 Bent rims.... nobody knows why!!! And not trying to figure out why.... and it’s... happening to other People!!!!!! Went to Roger Dean after I found out from Country Club Exhaust that I had the 4 bent rims and they said “ What do you want us to do about it”.......WOW.... after I told them I had tire package... then they said they can help.... They are charging my insurance company $2,500.00... plus Me $900.00 and $200.00 so that I can take my bent rims!!! Hummmm!!! County Club Exhaust found problem. And told me the new rims would be $2,000.00...... Why is RD CHARGING ME SO MUCH MORE FOR THIER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!!! WHAT ABOUT THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY!!! Hummmm!!! I wanted to pick up car and take it to CCE But they were holding my car hostage.. Because they had ordered rims that took over two weeks to get.... I would have to pay restocking fee!!!! and CCE could have them in a few days.... Hummm!!!! had my car for over two weeks..Waiting on one rim.... didn’t give me a loaner.. REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Yes County Club Exhaust found problem.

took my traverse in as the passenger side window stuck open and passenger side seat heater stuck on. fix quoted $139. a day and a half later I get a call... it will be $1525. pay it, get it home, now passenger side a/c doesn't work, which did when I took it in. surely just forgot to re-connect something on passenger side. NOPE - anther $502. NEVER again there!!!

Follow up from my earlier post. I had to bring the oil leak to a new independent repair shop and when they pulled the pan the reason for the leak was obvious.... Roger Dean damaged the pan by using the incorrect hardware. The repair now cost $2,400, $1,100 for the gasket and another $1,300 for the damaged pan. Despite indisputable proof Roger Dean fails to stand behind the repair and reimburse for the cost.
Horrible service experience with this dealership. Very disappointed. I was having some engine issues I am by no means a mechanic but I've worked on some... of my older trucks and I know how an engine works. I was able to narrow my issue down to a couple of possibilities. I went to Roger Dean Chevy expressed my concerns and had them run the diagnostic on this particular component. The next day they called the said they ran some test, made some adjustments, checked the fluid and everything checked out and was looking good. My vehicle is still under warranty but the warranty does not cover the diagnostic. That is perfectly understandable, I bit the bullet and I paid the 120$ for the service. I picked up my truck drove it home and it was like nothing changed. Fast forward 2 weeks my vehicle is still acting funny so I took it to another Chevy dealership down south and they told me the condition of this component was absolutely horrible. They checked my fluid and told me the same thing, it was the worst they had ever seen on a vehicle still running. Finally an HONEST service department. It sucks to know that Roger Dean Chevy let me drive off knowing that they just lied to me. I work in public safety if I lie to a patient they can possibly die. It may seem a little exaggerated my example but if I'm going some where and spending 30k on a vehicle the least they can do is be straight forward with me. The shop workers get paid the same whether they fix the problem or lie about it. I'm glad I found a dealership that puts their customers first. I can't thank this gentleman enough that was completely honest with me. I will be following up with the corporate office or the owners of Roger Dean Chevy what they did was not right. As for the gentleman at the other dealership I have nothing but love and respect for him. He saved me a lot of money and headache, and he is going to make the same salary he did whether he helped me or not.
Bizarre, could get a final price before driving 125 miles! Had the car I wanted but they wanted to play games. So I decided to go elsewhere! I tried... many times with them.
We've purchased several cars through this dealer and we've always enjoyed the process. Everyone is helpful, respectful, and goes above and beyond.
Andy my salesman was on point thru the entire process. Seemed to be a step ahead of me throughout the process. Great knowledge for the product and treated... me like we had been friends forever.... when I left...l family.
