Richard Boyce, John Medsker, and Joanie Smith worked very

Richard Boyce, John Medsker, and Joanie Smith worked very hard to secure a safe, reliable vehicle for me to make my dream a reality! Richard was a very knowledgeable sales consultant with a calm personality. He did not use pressure techniques, but rather, was more concerned about answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He and John did everything to make sure all the parts of the vehicle were like "new"! They went over and above for me rather than worrying about the "ole mighty buck" like the other dealerships. I feel very blessed that I was directed to Roger Dean Chevrolet, and I had these three individuals help me through this stressful journey. Words cannot express my appreciation for all they did for me. Their efforts will never be forgotten! Thank you for everything! :)

Had service on tire pressure monitor sensor.

Had service on tire pressure monitor sensor. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly the work.was completed. Also, all staff members were very friendly. Thank you for a good experience.

Worst service department I've ever had to deal with.

Worst service department I've ever had to deal with. Tire protection plan so I have to use them since I already paid is a HUGE scam. They don't keep tires in stock don't order tires on weekends don't order tires until claim process is done... which means atleast 3 trips of atleast 2 to 3 hrs each trip.... to maybe get a tire fixed or replaced.... just aweful.... disrespectful... and theydont care about your time or your missing work at all...

Dropped 2020 Silverado off on Monday.

Dropped 2020 Silverado off on Monday. Total run around by Kevin service manager still there at service dept not even looked at yet. Can't talk to anyone they put you hold and never return. Service department needs looking g at. By the way I bought 2 NEW VEHICLES in 2020 and this is how they treat the customers. I will never buy there again or referr anyone.
