Hello my name is Paul Cullinan; General Sales Manager for Germain BMW of Naples. I have worked in the car industry since 1987 spending eleven years with BMW. I was born in Dublin Ireland and moved to America after completing school. I have had several BMW’s and am currently enjoying a 2014 BMW z4. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my wife and son living the Florida lifestyle.

Derrick Brady was salesperson. We purchased the BMW X7 2025. Which we love .We had purchased a 2020 X7 2 years ago. He is patient, very knowledgeable of the product. He is never rushing you or pushy. Found my certified X3M Competition on BMW's website.

Found my certified X3M Competition on BMW's website. Was connected to Daunte in sales who took time to show me the car inside and out multiple times to ensure I was informed the exact condition of the vehicle before booking my flight. They picked me up from the airport, had the car and paperwork ready to go. Within an hour I was on my way home. Great, friendly dealer.

Ted Forhecz is an excellent salesperson.

Due to miss information wrong car was ordered for me.

Due to miss information wrong car was ordered for me. I signed for the car before I realized and they accept no responsibility. Only reason for ordering the car was to get active driving asst. pro on a X3. I was never informed it was not available in that model. I was never told and was allowed to order the x3 assuming it was on it. Hard to get ahold of. Would have expected more help after the error. their error will cost me 15K

I would very much like to talk on the telephone to someone in the organization other than those who I have been talked with. I have the feeling that not cares what went wrong. Although I signed the purchase papers, I was not informed that what I wanted was not available in the model I ordered. I trusted the salesman.
