KC was amazing!
I have been doing business with Germain for over a decade and the experience is always fantastic! I live in Orlando so it was important to be able to trust that things would be handled accurately and quickly from a distance. KC, my salesperson, made sure that this was the exact experience I had. He made sure he asked the right questions to understand what was most important to me, in my case, power seats and having cost efficient options. He found a car that fit my exact specifications and gave a few different options that fit my pricing criteria. hurricane Irma hit and before I could ever call him to tell him I couldn't make it down that Saturday, he let me know that my car was in a safe location and they would resume business by the following Saturday when I was ready to get it. I know that South Florida was hit pretty hard, but he still maintained excellent communication. He was even interested to find out about how me and my family were doing during that time. When I came to get the car that Saturday, he and the BMW genius, Anthony explained all the details of the new car as they had changed from my 2011 3-Series, and delivered a quick and comprehensive process for purchasing my car! Great experience overall! I will continue to make the trek down to Naples for such amazing customer service. I should also mention the business manager who did a great job and explaining the benefits of the additional coverages! He went into great detail explaining potential future costs and where I could capitalize on some savings from the coverages!

Just bought a BMW X1
We just bought a new 2017 BMW X1. The experience at Germain BMW was extremely satisfying. It is a friendly dealership with lots of inventory. we were pleased with the length of any test ride we wanted to take. And, in fact, they let us take the vehicle on our own for 3 hours to real get used to the vehicle. Our dealer, Ken Caraglio, could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend both Germain BMW of Naples and Ken Caraglio.

Outstanding Service
I own a 2005 Z4 and was experiencing a problem with the steering. I am new to.the area and this was my first experience with Germain BMW of Naples. I called Service, explained the problem. I have a very tight work schedule that involves a lot of travel, so my time is limited. Service got me in the next morning. Christian walked me through the diagnostic process and we put a plan in place once the problem was discovered. The front wheel speed sensors were faulty and needed to be replaced. Service had the sensors in stock and I was on the verge of needing front breaks, so I had that repaired too. Service drove me back home.to.Estero which was a fair distance from the dealership. The car was ready the next morning, and I was in Sarasota working that day. Christian arranged to have the car delivered to my home, and I paid for the repair over the phone. Christian and the Service team at Germain BMW couldnt have been more accommodating. The experience was exemplary, and I would highly recommend Germain BMW. They truly define what customer service should be.

This is the third BMW that I have acquired from Germain and Jim McGinn and my fourth BMW. In total I have probably purchased twenty cars over my lifetime. There is no better dealer anywhere, hands down. From my arrival at Dealership, I was treated with pleasant , thoughtful service.Christian introduced himself,invited me to sit down, offered me a beverage, explained my Airbag would be replaced & offered a free check up,which I accepted. He kept me informed of progress, & to top it all off had my BMW Convertible washed for me, walked me out to my car . This was a most pleasant experience, & I highly recommend Germain BMW of Naples & Christian Hoza !

Great Salesman
We walked on Germain BMW not sure exactly what we wanted to do. Ken Caraglio came to our rescue! From the minute he walked out and introduced himself to the minute we were signing papers for our new BMW he was very helpful, informative, non-pushy and overall a true gentleman! He answered all our questions so that we could fully understand and really was there to help us!

Excellence means means being better than 1974
I am 71 years of age just a number much like my first BMW 2002 I bought in 1974 in Toronto. I had previously driven in London frequently a 2002 Tii belonging to my best friend. The toronto dealership service made the day and future for me and since then have owned over 9 BMWs. Intersresed with some very short deviations to luxury US and Japanese automobiles. Apart from the obvious engineering prowess and evolving stylistic development from ultra teutonic and form follows function to where we are today."The package and bow on the parcel is the service and the people going the extra mile and asking if everything is ok and is there something else you need or feel you need." My next or 10 th BMW purchase is lurking in my mind and beginning to move to the frontal area of my brain.
