The process was typical but very efficient.

The process was typical but very efficient. The team worked hard to get us the best deal possible. When it was time to pick up her car, we noticed a couple things that need to be improved upon, and it was taken care of no issues

Had car in for service. Taking a 1200 mile trip. New pads rotors resurface, oil change new brake line fluid tires rotated They did the job the last minute Great job!!!

A few irritating problems after purchase.

A few irritating problems after purchase. The clock could not be adjusted, and the splash pan was loose. The service dept had me out of the shop in fifteen minutes.

Customer service : Mr. Christian was helpful on offering services and getting my car repaired. I appreciate your employee. The nice gesture of washing my car... its so much appreciated it and please retain all your employees. The service at this dealership had improved in the last year! .I stopped coming here because of poor performances. And I'm glad I returned.

Amanda was great!

Purchasing a ?

Purchasing a ?life time warranty? was misleading and total waste of my money! Naples Nissan was quick to find an excuse to void my warranty, without a proper explanation or notification! They notified my daughter?a minor, instead of communicating with the Adult car owner! Totally unhappy with Naples Nissan!!
