Before bringing my vehicle to Naples Nissan for a routine oil change, it had never leaked any oil. During the service, they told me they had detected an oil leak. After I picked up the vehicle, it began leaking oil, so I took it to my mechanic, who found that the oil drain plug was loose. When I returned to Naples Nissan, they confirmed there was no other oil leak and that the oil was coming only from the drain plug area. My mechanic also found damage to the lower plastic cover and a missing clip, but Nissan refused to take responsibility. I purchased my vehicle there and have always had it serviced there, so this entire experience has seriously affected my trust in their service department. Very disappointing.

Hector was absolutely fantastic! We plan on returning for our second vehicle in a few weeks. We couldn’t be more pleased from the time we came in s few days to the time we made our final decision! Hector was extremely patient and listened to our exact needs!
