Michael Martino, from the moment he came out to meet us by our car. We felt it right away and noticed his Yankee tattoo on his arm because we are from New York. Also not only did we buy a car from him, but we got to talk about New York we were all born in the 1960s so we had the greatest hour and a half that we could’ve ever had buying our dream car and meeting an old friend from back in New York if you ever need a car, I would go straight to this place and ask for Michael Martino and Justin True absolute champions

⚠️ WARNING: Please beware before purchasing from Naples Nissan. My experience with Naples Nissan left me feeling like there was a complete lack of integrity throughout the sales process. They will say whatever number you want to hear to get you through the door, but once you arrive, the numbers and information start changing depending on who you are speaking with. I felt pressured by the sales team, and then the pressure continued once I was sitting with the finance department. As a woman purchasing a vehicle, the entire experience was especially uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I purchased a brand-new, very expensive vehicle and never received the floor mats that I was charged $330 for. When I later asked about them, I was told that because it had been more than 30 days, they would not know whether the mats had ever been received. If I could give Naples Nissan zero stars based on my experience, I would.
