Purchased a new Camry Hybrid which is a great car; however, a year later found out the dealership included a $1700 service contract in the purchase price which my wife and I (both in our eighties) were not aware of. Dealership refused to refund. Watch the use of auto sign closely. Sad but true!

Dealership is clean, and employees seem to be well trained and very caring. Had to wait 3 hrs to get service done but surroundings were comfortable and snacks on hand.

On a Wednesday I went to Germain Toyota, after checking in I went to see Chris. As we walked up to each other I was greeted with a smile and hey what’s up . I bought the car in I think there maybe a leak in the cooling system. We say down and talk about the Portal in front of my car in the garage. Chris immediately wrote it up gave it over to service and said Jim it’s gonna be about an hour hour and a half when it comes back. I’ll make sure that we will find out what’s going on sure enough in a hour and half Chris good news they could not find anything wrong with your. Chris show me the video of what the Tech took and I was well satisfied with Chris and the service tech that did all the fine work thanks, Chris
