A couple of months ago, we purchased a new SUV from Germain Lexus of Naples (Florida). At the appropriate time, we scheduled our first oil change/service... appointment for the vehicle, but a few days before that scheduled appointment date arrived we needed help with the function of something unrelated to the oil change/service. We called GERMAIN LEXUS and were connected with our SERVICE ADVISOR, LORI NILSEN. After explaining what it was that we needed help with, Lori told us to come right on in (with no formal appointment) and she'd help us right away. True to her word, Lori did just that...she helped us immediately. She also noticed that we were scheduled to come in a few days later for our first oil change/service, and somehow Lori managed to have that service addressed while we were there, so that we would not have to be inconvenienced by another trip back to the dealership!! Talk about customer service – just incredible!!! Thank you, Lori, for your expertise and extreme consideration!! In general, having your car serviced is not necessarily something you typically look forward to, but our thoughts have dramatically changed thanks to our experience with LORI NILSEN, Service Advisor extraordinaire. We are truly looking forward to our next service appointment (and all future appointments) knowing that Lori is there to watch out for us. Germain Lexus of Naples has truly lived up to its incredible reputation of commitment to excellence; from our purchase through our service experience (and everything in between), our experiences have been nothing but incredible, truly the BEST!

Absolutely great. I purchased my IS 250 five years ago from Greg Libutti at Germain Lexus and kept in touch with Greg Libutti during the past 5 years... on my service visits to Germain Lexus. He was the person I went to immediately when I wanted to trade my IS 250 car in and purchase a new car and I am so happy I did. His professionalism and knowledge about all the Lexus models is unsurpassed. He spent the time to show me what was available and helped me make the right choice. I would highly recommend Greg Libutti to anyone in the market to buy a new car and will certainly continue to stay in touch during my service visits at Germain. The Service Department is also unsurpassed.

After being with another local dealership for almost 10 years, I was hesitant in making the switch to Lexus. BUT, the service I received from Sal Pellicciotta,... Dan Rusinik is our choice for our service maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He seems to know almost everything about the technologic... aspect of our Lexus 5x 350L. We had some problem with the passenger door not locking. He fixed it and also showed us how to do it our selves. A picture is worth a thousand words. We recommend him highly.
