Marcelo was awesome.

Marcelo was awesome. He gained my trust, and therefore my business. Price is very important, but transparency is paramount. He was very straightforward, no back and forth. This transaction started as a remote transaction, from a faraway distance. What we agreed on the phone, was exactly what signed on paper. Ana, from financing, was very thorough. She was extremely patient fielding my questions and explaining every document I was signing. From prior experiences, walking into a dealer was like walking into the lion's den. Not this time. I would absolutely recommend Germain Lexus of Naples. I definitely will purchase/lease my next Lexus vehicle from Germain Lexus of Naples.

Upon arriving at the service lane and opening my door, I was met with exceptional professionalism. Subsequently, I was escorted into the building and introduced to Dan Rusinik, my designated service agent. He kindly requested that I sit down and engaged in a comprehensive discussion regarding the necessary repairs and services to be performed. Unfortunately, the required parts were unavailable. Consequently, I was promptly provided with a loaner vehicle, which was a considerate gesture. As a result, I was granted an additional day to facilitate the procurement of the necessary components, during which I was able to retain the loaner vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Dan Rusinik maintained constant communication, providing me with timely updates on the progress of the work. Upon completion, the service was professionally executed, and Dan Rusinik was found to be exceptionally engaging and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to my family and friends.

As always, this dealership goes above and beyond to make the repair process easier. Steven Fuller was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. Our car was serviced and tire replaced within 2 hours. Wish the car wash had been opened.
