Great Buying Experience!!

Although most of us enjoy getting a new car, most of us really hate the process of buying (or leasing) one. I did a lot of research prior to entering into a dealership as well as on-line searches and reviews of different vehicles. I even thought seriously about getting something other than a Lexus at first. After going to different brands, and the hassles dealing with several of the Sales Reps and the Games they play, it was time to get back to Lexus. I decided to go to Germain Lexus. I thought that it might be another round of a Game Shows Gone Wrong, but it wasn't. I met Hanny Hanein, Certified Sales/Leasing Consultant at Germain Lexus and I was impressed by his knowledge and his demeanor. He worked with me to get me the best possible deal, and we leased a new ES350 from him. The transaction was smooth and effortless, and everyone we dealt with were friendly, courteous and enjoyable to work with! The service didn't end there! After the sales I been in for a couple of times for things like license plates and having something added on to the vehicle and the same prompt and courteous experience again and likewise when I see Hanny. Always a smile and a friendly greeting like that of a friend, and not just someone who doesn't care about their customer after the sales. I would (which I don't do often) highly recommend Germain Lexus and Hanny Hanein for your next purchase or lease!!

Outstanding service.

We went in to this dealership for our first service, on our Canadian RX350. Our service rep was Beverly Coppola and she couldn't have been more helpful. We are so impressed with the service we received and we would recommend all snowbirds to use this dealer. The dealer environment was superb, so comfortable while we waited for the work to be completed. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Exceptional Service

Carrie Lorenz is an outstanding Service Consultant. No matter what maintenance or repairs I need, Carrie always provides exceptional service. Recently my rear bumper needed a scraped area repaired. Carrie had the bumper buffed out and touched up with a little paint - it looks like new! I drove away with a sparkling clean vehicle and a smile. Great professional service!

Alyson did a great job

Alyson was terrific--her attention and service was great. However the car wash people somehow took the bar codes off my windows which led to some inconvenience

Great salesman experience

Dan Hussmann was my salesman and he made the whole car shopping and buying experience easy and stress free. He followed up as he said he would on every little detail. It was a real pleasure working with him. Got a great car at a fair price and made a new friend. Thanks

Professional and efficient

Dan Rusinik provided first class service while having my car serviced at Germain Lexus. He was thoughtful, understanding, professional and didn't waste a lot of my time. Lexus maintenance isn't cheap.....but you get what you pay for. I've been dealing with them for 5-6 years and I never had a problem. Dan Rusinik is a fine example of what service at a dealership is all about.
