Great service
Dave McKinney is an outstanding g service consultant, he lined up the need repairs and the replacement of the four door panels. I dropped the car off and went on a two walk. When I returned Dave informed me that he car was being cleaned and would be shortly available. He explained what was done and what still needed to be done when the other parts are delivered to Germain Lexus. He made a most difficult process turnout so easy, I did not have to to a thing as Dave handled everything, quite well I must add. Thanks Dave and thanks Germain Lexus

Very professional
We have dealt with Lu Gani for over 6 years, and we always find him to be very professional and a man of his word. During this period we have leased several cars through him. Whenever we require services from Germain Lexus, we always go through Lu Gani, an are never disappointed.

A very informative, great experience
This is our third Lexus with Germain. We are very happy with all purchases. Our last two were with Michael Diaz. Our experience with Michael Diaz has been great. He goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and informed. The main reasons we come back to Germain Lexus IS the quality of the car but as important how we're are treated by Michael . We were one of his first customers and we intend to maintain that relationship.

My first time service visit at Germain was an excellent experience. My service consultant, Dan Rusinik, was outstanding..He throughly review why my vehicle was there, insured he understood my concerns, wrote up the work order, reviewed it with me again and then told me, as it turned out, exactly how long the service would take....including the car wash...it doesn't get any better...A class operation and a truly outstanding service consultant.....

A most pleasant experience
On Jan. 21, while waiting for our 2007 RX 350 to be serviced, my wife and I had the opportunity to encounter a salesman who was pleasant, personable, informed, non-pressuring and understanding of our situation and wants. Chuck Koenig was, without a doubt, one of the finest car salesmen with whom we have had contact during all the years (we are octogenarians) we have been involved in car buying. We will definitely look for Chuck when we are ready to finally commit to buy our next Lexus..or any car, and recommend him to others. He is an asset to Germain Lexus.
