Shawn Chapman at Germain Lexus of Naples, Florida

Shawn was very helpful with an issue I had with my brand new Lexus RC 350. I was greeted cordially and given a loaner RC 350 to drive while my car was being repaired. I was in and out of the dealership in a quick, efficient and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Shawn Chapman in all aspects of Lexus service - he's the best!

Another excellent experience with Germain Lexus

Very impressed with Dave Mckinney and overall service process. Dave provided a good recap of what kind of service I might want for the 90,000 mile checkup. He committed to call me during the day to discuss the inspection done by the mechanics - I received his call and we agreed on the scope of work. When I went to pick up my car, Dave was very thorough in making sure I was satisfied with the service. He also provided a loaner vehicle.

Great Service an scheduling

Just needed a quick oil change and Dave Mckinney handled my service. Dave kept me informed on the progress and explained all my service options on issues they discovered. Will go back to Germain and work with Dave on all our service needs.

Best customer service

The best customer service I received was from Beverly Coppola at Germain Lexus. I brought my car in for dashboard replacement, Beverly didn't waste any time greeting me getting all form prepared and getting me a loaner car. When I returned Beverly immediately took control of the situation and drove my vehicle up front for me. Thanks Beverly

Great Service Department

Dave McKinney is always friendly, courteous and very helpful. He is the person that I count on!! He goes above and beyond in his service and making sure that I always get great service from the department. Everyone from the time you drive in is very friendly and helpful.

Servicing of our 2 Lexus

We have been customers of Germain Lexus for many years and have always had outstanding service on our cars and well as sales assistance. This is one reason we presently own 2 Lexus. I had both of our Lexus in for routine service this week and Beverly Coppola did an OUTSTANDING job of getting me in and out in a timely manner and also keep me briefed on status. She has a great attitude and is very customer friendly,,,,she fits the Germain Lexus professionalism extremely well. Thanks for the great service!

Our Service Coordinator, Beverly Coppola, was fantastic as usual. Our car was serviced and delivered back to us as promised and the maintenance was performed as promised with an extra check based upon something that I had mentioned to Beverly.

Service on my 2009 Lexus 460

Dave McKinney, my service consultant, did a excellent job of advising me on the repairs to my Lexus. the repairs were done properly and on time. As my car needed extra work, Dave arranged a loner and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. In addition he followed up with the problem i was having regard the leather interior; he definitely went out of his way to help me understand the problem and to find a solution. Well done Germain Lexus and well done Dave McKinney.
