I originally saw Hanny the first time I came in and we discussed many times on the phone..pricing and availablity and options. He was always very efficient, courteous and friendly. The day I came into sign the paperwork I dealt with Greg Libutti. What a wonderful asset he is to your organization. He spent several hours with me going through the paperwork along with Mike Lawson in the financial department. Greg is professional, well organized, engaging, and made me feel like I was part of Germain family from the moment I sat down. His demeanor and professionalism is most impressive. I would recommend to any of my friends that they come in and deal with Greg. Mike Lawson in the financial end of the procedure was very helpful, very pleasant and explained everything fully and completely to me. He answered all of my questions immediately without hesitation, and again He is a great asset to your organization. The entire experience that day at Germain was impressive. Five years of pleasant competent experiences
This is an outstanding dealership. My wife and I leased a new 2009 RX350 here. Showing of the vehicle was outstanding and answered all our questions almost before we asked them(They anticipated!). When the lease expired we bought the car here. The process was smooth and most pleasant. There were two main reasons we bought the vehicle at the end of the lease. First was the quality of the Rx350 itself both in driveablility and lack of any maintenance problems at all. Second was the way Germain treated us when we came in for routine service. Their personnel are polite and competent. to the extent that I can say they are truly the best dealer I have experienced in 50 years of buying and owning cars.

Leasing my first vehicle ES Hybrid
It was my first time leasing a vehicle and more than that I was getting the Lexus ES Hybrid. I must say from the moment I walked into the showroom and was car shopping I received superb customer service. I was greeted by Fred and received further assistance from Greg Libutti who did a fanstastic job working with me to get me my dream car. The whole team at Lexus was wonderful they were extremely welcoming and patient throughout the whole car leasing process and did what they could to make it happen. Special thanks to Trish and Dave. Trish went above and beyond to work with me and my budget and Dave is a great manager extremely welcoming and personnable. I will be sad to leave the area when my husband and I get stationed in San Diego but know you are in good hands when coming to Germain Lexus of Naples.

Very happy with my new purchase
Germain is such a large company, I was a bit intimidated to even go. And, as a women who knows little about cars, had done some research but was hesitant. Instead I found a friendly and welcoming staff, and a beautiful environment where I felt comfortable. The sales manager, Trish, was warm and I felt trustworthy. I worked with Derek who was not pushy, and very helpful. I felt I was given all the information I needed, and I found a care I'm thrilled with. The finance contact was easy to work with as well. The overall experience was really a pleasant one. Everyone at Germain made it easy for me.

Attempt to buy a very slightly used Lexus GX460.
Giovanni was excellent. I was shopping 1,400 miles from home for a particular color combination, which is difficult when you have a trade in. Giovanni went out of his way to try to make the deal, but in the end, we were just too far apart on the money. I am not upset about not being able to make the deal. The dealership has to earn a profit and if we were too far apart on the money than I do not blame them.

Michael provided very personal and professional service. His facilitation during the negotiation of the purchase price aided the successful outcome. The support provided with such things as insurance transfer added to the quality service I experienced. The business manager Roger ... was creative in the structure of the additional services into the contract. I am now interacting with Danny, tech specialist, for help with the myriad electronic applications. All-in-all, a much better experience than anticipated.

Fred was patient,kind and considerate in answering all of our questions. He demonstrated an exceptionally charismatic personality that exuded trust and concern for our well-being. Mike Lawson did an admirable job of administering all the necessary paperwork involved in this purchase as well as keeping us apprised of the many benefits and options offered by Germain and Lexus. I was interested in a new Lexus IS 250, as my current lease was expiring in a couple months. Had read about re-design, new technology, etc. I have worked with Steve Duran for years and stopped by to see him. He is friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. After considering my options, I fell in love with an IS 350 model on the showroom floor. Steve went to work for me and came up with a great deal, working with Trish Cano. I said I was going out of town and would need to pick up the car, turn in my old one and be out in an hour the next day at noon. This all happened seamlessly, with Mike helping me quickly with closing documents. From beginning to end I had a great experience, as I had with 8 Lexus purchases previously.
