Lyn customer service uce was on point 5 Stars.

Lyn customer service uce was on point 5 Stars. Had my car up there he stay in contact if I was available to pick my car up yet. But I was pissed car didn't get washed,or vacuum in on-site I paid 2k like I was blowed.I no I need brakes they didn't say nothing about that or do I want tires. Like what tech work on my car tou just gonna do what my car was in service for. I paid 2k cash no checkn or credit but thanks to Lyndrick his 10 stars in goes on beyond to make sure you took care

Went for oil change and tire rotation, they told me I

Went for oil change and tire rotation, they told me I needed new tires, I declined to have new tires, since I purchase my tires elsewhere. They did not bother to rotate my tires but charged me for it. I had 3 pieces of gum in container in the cup holder which I checked before dropping my vehicle off because of having coins and sunglasses missing in the past. When I checked the gum container there was 1 piece left, I don’t care about the gum, it’s the principle of the matter. I would gladly buy the person a container of gum. I had a really good track record as a customer there, will not return.

Bad service

I recently went to this dealership for oil and filter change and tire rotation and balance. While I was there they convinced me to change some other filters. After I pisd for the services I noticed that the contents of my glove box was laying on the vehicle floor. I tried to call the dealership and was told that everyone was in a meeting. So there was no one to speak with me. When I received my survey I left negative comments. Someone did finally responded to my survey with nothing but excuses. If they can not perform a simple service the how am I to know that the other services were performed correctly. No one seems to care. Therefore, I will not be returning to this company in the future and I would suggest that others consider their options before trusting your vehicle to this type of company.

They DONT treat you like family

They claim to treat you like family, but if you disagree with them you are no longer family. They will make sure you know it too. They will purposely hurt you however they can.

Great Experience

Our experience was outstanding. They stand behind their reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. We enjoyed doing business with Christina Watson our salesperson and the others. Pricing was more than fair, and the leasing process was a breeze. It took less than 2 hours from driving in and leaving with our new vehicle.

Oil Change charges

I had an oil change today and the cost was $95 dollars. when I questioned this, I was told they had the lowest cost around. When i returned home, I called Sunset Buick Their cost for the same service is $75 dollars! very disappointed!

Poor Service

I've been for 3 weeks to have service done on my wheel. Paid for the warranty and noone has call me to this fix. I've call Conley twice now. No response.
