After my truck was needing excessive repairs, I decided to look at new vehicles. Collin was very helpful in showing me the trucks that had the specifications I wanted. The process went expeditiously, smoothly but not too smooth. I did not feel rushed, and had the time to review all of the information. The finance part went smoothly as well, easy to read and everything was explained that I needed to know. The whole process was approximately 2 and half to 3 hours from start to finish. I appreciate the service and helpfulness of everyone involved. Thanks Cox Chevy for my new truck! And thanks for the first responder bonus discount : )

Abomination
Abomination. I wish there was a star below 1. Called in afternoon regarding a specific vehicle. Made an appointment to see vehicle the following day. Phone calls and texts began from multiple employees of Cox. After hours they stopped, but I had my salesperson name and appointment confirmed - very happy. Arrived at scheduled to be informed the designated sales person was not working that day and the vehicle was under contract and not for sale. I drove 90 miles round trip to see the vehicle. Why not a phone call to say it wasn't available? Internet specialist Angela promised confirmation, appointment time, sales person and vehicle availability, none which was true. Upon leaving the dealership promptly, they wanted me to look at other cars. Why in the world would I want to do business with them? When I left, they said "have a great day" with no sincerity, in fact, now that I reflect, it was completely sarcastic. Avoid dealership and their practices.

I worked with Jim Timpson in trying to find a 2024 Chevrolet Trax. Jim was great in helping me locate my dream car and he was courteous and very respectful during the entire process. He worked tirelessly to locate my Trax and kept in touch with me on a regular basis to provide status and delivery date. Because of his extraordinary efforts he was able to find one sooner than expected! Thanks Jim for a job well done! Love my new Trax!!

I am a single Woman.
I am a single Woman..I bought a 2022 Camaro 1LT for 32,000 cash. 3 weeks ago.. I have left many messages, have called no return calls to get my copy of my Paperwork... It's like I spent 320.00 instead.. Horrible Customer Service!! Very disappointed.. Run Away to a more reliable, considerate Dealer. Sincerely, DJ Carney

Great Experience!
Had a great experience at Cox Chevrolet. From the first phone call to leaving with our new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado, everyone there was wonderful. Our sales rep Jim Timpson answered our many questions, helped us with our trade-in, and negotiated a great deal for us. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Neal in the fiance dept was great. They both worked late to finish our purchase. I was very impressed with all the team members there as they had no problem helping us also. I recommend that if you're looking for an automobile to check out Cox Chevrolet on Cortez Rd. Our interaction with everyone there showed they care about their customers.

In business to serve the customer, Jim Timpson was 1sr.,class. Dr. Doug Brown. Talked on phone with Jim prior to driving almost an hour to look at a used vehicle. Everything was identical about it as he told me over the phone. Jim was very thorough unselfish and completely upfront from start to finish. I purchased the vehicle. The used car Manager, Larry was also very helpful. An highly satisfied experience. Be sure to ask for Jim Timpson when you visit Cox, you want be disappointed. Dr. Doug Brown

Cox Chevrolet is amazing
I have been very satisfied with everything about the purchase of my 2023 Chevy Malibu, purchased new in March 2033. From Finian at the sales department to David at service department , to Laura at the body shop. Not to mention , the kind courteous front desk people. This is the first time I have ever purchased a Chevrolet and truly did not know what to expect. I just saw the Malibu , with people driving it all over the place , and I knew that was a car that I would like. Plus, I was unhappy with the service that I had been receiving at my previous dealership, not a Chevrolet dealership . I had my other car for 9 years until 2023. And I had to deal with that other dealership for those 9 years. It was very frustrating , to say the least. Cox is courteous and did my maintenance and repairs in a very timely manner. I am a happy customer! Thank you so much for everything so far , Cox!

Sad day at cox Chevrolet/Mazda
Very poor to deal with, not allowed to negotiate with the sales people who are in hiding behind a tall wall. The front man or messenger goes back and forth with offers. Finally when you have had enough you give in or walk out. Very unpleasant way to buy a car!
