My sales person was Lisa she seemed very nice and

My sales person was Lisa she seemed very nice and trustworthy I purchased a 2014 chevy equinox for $5,200 cash on October 25,2024 black tape started hanging from underneath my vehicle around 10/22/24 and 0n November 24,2024 my dash lights lit up and I lost engine power. So I am now stuck with a non working vehicle I have been told failure of the catalic convertor. So cox Chevrolet has my $5,200 ,I have a non running vehicle. To me thats a lot of money that has to be paid back to the bank ,being disabled on a fixed income no transportation to get my kids to and from school and daily travel . Lisa had a member of management call me and simply said sorry there is nothing we can do for you vehicle sold as is. That's a big slap in my face ,feels like him saying I got your money and you got our problem and to deal with it. Please if you can avoid it don't buy used vehicles from this dealership. I am at a lost

My salesperson Kahlil was and remains, a great source of

My salesperson Kahlil was and remains, a great source of help in showcasing the features of the car and with tech support in regards to the app. He was also an enjoyable person to talk to as was the finance person though I can't remember how name. The transaction was done in a timely manner as I had time constraints on the day of purchase. The facility was very clean and comfortable for the short time that I had to wait before driving my truck off the lot.

Cox Chevrolet is nothing but one big scam institution.

Cox Chevrolet is nothing but one big scam institution. Bought a used car, they told me the total amount that I would be financing was $16,133. I wanted to pay cash but they suggested 3 months with no interest so they could get a kickback from the bank. After signing documents on an electronic table while the finance guy, Brandon, kept talking to me to avert my attention, I asked for a copy of the contract. He told me he was having a problem and could not print the contract but it would be sent to me. Two weeks later the credit union sent me a statement showing a balance of $21,000. They did add interest at 6.5%, so Cox lied to me from the getgo, and they told me that Cox also added some service charges. Cox is screwing me over big time. I will be reporting them to everyone on the planet.

My dead battery was replaced with no delay same day I

My dead battery was replaced with no delay same day I called after getting the car started with my roadside service. I added a few other items to do to assure the condition of my car was good. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a video report of the condition of my vehicle. EXCELLENT!

The best Chevy dealership in the country!

The best Chevy dealership in the country! This place always feels like family. From the first encounter, this dealership makes you feel taken care of. I had an emergency tire situation and was heading to the hospital with my son and our service advisor Jeff Perkins got us on our way safely, as quickly as he could.

Do not go to the dealership. Their incompetent service department is a scam. Zero morals, zero integrity. They will lie straight to you and then try to charge you hundreds of dollars for absolutely zero work. Not to mention forcing you to also pay rental fees when it was unnecessary for them to even keep your car. Find somewhere else to take your car or buy from- these people only care about making a buck and will scam people to do so!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE QUALITY REPAIRS, QUESTIONABLE ETHICS AND INTEGRITY, FAILURE TO MAKE GOOD ON FAULTY REPAIRS I ASKED THE SERVICE ADVISOR TO HAVE THE DEALERSHIP OWNER CONTACT ME. THE ADVISOR TOLD ME THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THE OWNER - THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Their reputation around town is horrible! I should have listened to all the people who told me to go elsewhere! RUN ! RUN ! RUN ! RUN !
