Your sales rep, Robert Stewart was very low pressure and accommodating. The showroom and waiting areas are nice, as opposed to the Buick place. The only “turn off” was when I advised that I had to move the money from my on-line account to checking, the “high pressure” finance guy wanted me to do a loan for Saturday thru Thursday, and loans are “against my religion”, so the finance guy almost lost the sale for Robert. So, Robert is a good guy and does a great job of representing your establishment. So far, we love our Trailblazer, too!

I was pretty stressed out after being rear-ended and having my car totaled, so when I went to Cox, I was at my limit. Fortunate, Diego and Jim were extremely forthright and understanding. They didn't give me any pushback or run-around and were able to help me get into the exact car I wanted without adding to my strife. Probably one of the least stressful interactions I've ever had at a car dealership, or anywhere you have to go and talk to people in sales. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Nothing to complain about, the pricing was straight forward and minimal fees. After buying a vehicle they detailed the vehicle, topped off the gas, and showed me how to setup and register on star. Brittany ensuring all this was done was also knowledgeable.

We’ve had a relationship with Cox Chevrolet for more than 20 years. Luke and Brittany were extraordinary on May 29 during the process of ending one lease and writing another. They did an amazing job explaining all the new technology and setting up everything on my new Traverse. Cox is always our go to dealer.
