    My boyfriend and had been searching for a new car and needed a deal that fit our budget. We are college students and want to keep the cost of living as low as we can. We had a bad experience with another dealer and they had not kept their word. Cox Chevrolet in Bradenton had given us the same deal and honored it as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was so nice and made it a good buying experience. They didn't have the specific kind we wanted so they had it shipped to them and gave us an amazing deal on a rental until the car was ready. They have been around for a long time and no wonder! I suggest you go and check them out.

    I purchased a car from COX 5 months ago with no trade and down payment,when I brought the car in for service last weekend I decided to test drive a new upgraded model of my current vehicle and loved it. After 3 hours at the dealership and them pulling my credit and assessing my trade I came to an out the door payment agreement with Brandon (the sales manger I suspect).We shook hands and he had me sign on the agreement as he did and looked me in the eye and said I will get this deal done for you.After another 45 Min. I was brought in to the finance office where I was asked if I wanted to buy the warranty's I said no I agreed to an out the door price with Brandon and need to stick to that payment, the finance guy asked if I needed a 2018 model and I said I would be happy with a holdover 2017 (thinking it would be cheaper) and he went back to talk to someone upstairs.When he came back he said I found a 2017 model they could have brought in in 2 days,I said great and he drafted up the paperwork.Turns out my payment was $10.00 a month higher than on the 2018 and I questioned it.He said that they couldn't get me to the interest rate they needed to get the 2018 done so I had to get the 2017. (wow when did this happen.If I would have bought the extended warranty from him I would have been out the door with the 2018. Long story short their were numerous contradicting statements from this point on but I signed some of the paperwork and accepted the 2017 model for the negotiated that they were ordering in for me, When I got home I contacted my salesman and told him how I felt about the deal and that a handshake and signature on a deal should have been golden and they should have given me the 2018 we agreed on especially after looking at my trade (that I bought from them 5 months prior) and having run my credit.The salesman told me he would work on it in the morning and get back with me. The next day he called and said sorry we couldn't get you to 5% financing with GM and we no longer had a deal on either vehicle. (funny because I just refinanced my trade in vehicle the week before at 4 percent with a credit union. My feeling is that I made to good of a deal for me with the salesman and sales manager and the finance guy caught it and they scrambled to try to turn it around and finally after I requested to get the deal I signed and shook hands on they just dumped me with a finance excuse.Not to mention the car I bought from them 5 months prior with no negative equity trade invoked and a small down payment was $6,000 upside down to them on trading it in on a new car twice the price. I will not be back unless Kris Cox makes this right with me. Be careful not to make to good of a deal because a handshake,promise and signature does not mean squat to these guys.

    Purchased a new car from them and wanted it shipped. Had a number of questions and concerns and Pedro, Joel, Kyle and Brandon along with the rest of the staff were anxious to comply with my needs! Joel was my salesman and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to have the car delivered to me and helped me tremendously!

    After retrieving my car for a warranty repair my SS Camaro was left in an unspeakable shape. The entire car was water shotted and bird crap in the left side as well. Once home I examined the engine compartment and it was deplorable condition. Everything was water spotted . All the components coil or engine cove was a total mess ! I have never seen a newer car trashed like mine and delivered back to me in such condition. I call the GM twice and NO return call from him! I take pride in my cars and one would like to get the car back as it was when it went in to service

    Kris Nunn took great care of me. He was informative and responsive but not pushy. I hate pushy salesmen and he was not that way at all. He helped me get a deal I could afford and was very professional throughout the whole car buying process. After my purchase, he called me TWICE to make sure I was satisfied. Also, a manager, Dan Welte, called AND texted me to see if I had any questions after taking delivery of the vehicle. They run a professional organization at Cox Auto. I plan to buy from them in the future.

    They were just fantastic to work with. They did not rush us, but got us the information quickly on the four cars we were interested in, did the test drive and then were very competitive in price. We were there for about 3 hours in total between the test drives and the paperwork to purchase. I'd certainly recommend them and will plan on using them again when we need a vehicle.

    I recently purchased my first new car ever here at Cox Chevy, a Colorado. My salesperson's name was Finian and he was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the truck. The truck came with onstar and an app, and he made sure it was set up for me as soon as possible, even checking on me the next day to make sure it was working properly. Overall great experience, especially with this being my first purchase of a brand new car.

    Very bad experience, got price for trade in on there website and confirmed by sales manager and a price for a new vehicle. A day later Mr. Cox called and said there prices are wrong on the website and there own programm calculating the trade in values is wrong too, but he has no idea why. So I should pay 7,000 more now. I contacted Chevrolet directly to complaign about their practise. Would recommed to use a different dealer.
