Loved the car!

Loved the car! but felt like a bait and switch when it came to pricing. The car was advertised at $8k and change off sticker then #'s came out and reflected a $5k discount. Then my trade was CRAZY 🤪 low the bubble gum machine (caravan) is offering $10k more and that's them buying it. not earning my business of buying a car from them. Thankful it was a shorter visit than my drive there. So overall not the best experience! But thankfully the sales manager didn't wasn't mine or his time. After I presented my offer I received that morning at another dealership before heading to waste my time going to cox. That basically let me know Cox is not a competitor in the Chevy name. But to just bait and suckers.

When I received the finance agreement from the bank it

When I received the finance agreement from the bank it was thousands of dollars more then what I singed for at the dealership. What I signed for was a little over $22,000 then my daughter paid $3,000 down and over a week later the bank loan is over $26,000.

On 5/17/25 my wife and I stopped by Cox Chevrolet to look

On 5/17/25 my wife and I stopped by Cox Chevrolet to look a 2 gas powered Chevy Blazers, The salesman Vince Austin, a very nice young man, informed us that the vehicles would not be available until 5/19/25 and that they were demos currently being driven by the owners. No big deal, We can stop back on the 19th. My wife stopped by the dealer on her way home from work today the 19th, and was informed by Vince that the vehicles were not there and in order to see the vehicles we would have to put down a $500.00 deposit. She came home and to tell me this and I thought, No way this could be the case. I immediately called the dealer ship to talk to Vince and told him I never heard of such a thing. He told me he would talk to the manager and call me back in 5 minutes. Five minutes later my phone rang and it was Vince to explain to me in order to see the vehicles that we would have to come into the dealership, agree on a price, run the numbers, then put down a $500.00 refundable deposit to see the vehicles. Which for all I know they have cracked windshields or body damage. How am I suppose to know what price to agree on without ever seeing a vehicle. I have always bought Chevrolet, here are a few I have bought in the past, Corvette, Camaro, Silverado, Malibu, Cruze, just to name a few. None of these vehicles were ever bought at Cox Chevrolet. I would like someone to explain to me why Cox Chevrolet is so special that think they can charge $500.00 to just to look at a vehicle. I hope someone at GM reads this and reaches out me, PLEASE!!!!
