Worst experience of my life, dropped car off for service

Worst experience of my life, dropped car off for service and didn’t hear anything for two weeks then 4 weeks after drop off they said there’s no eta for part needed, so I came and picked up vehicle, when they picked up rental they said I scratched which I didn’t not trying to charge me for it. Total scam artists

Carey Paige has been the best service advisor I’ve ever

Carey Paige has been the best service advisor I’ve ever encountered in my life. Mind you I run a rental car company and manage 20 plus cars and deal with multiple dealerships on a daily basis. He has been a god send to me and my company. Get some in and out so quickly and also is honest as can be with me. Thank you Cox Chevrolet and Carey Paige!

The sales department was great.

The sales department was great. The service department is terrible. More than one time it has been an inconvenient experience. Have had others tell me that they have had a bad experience as well.

Absolute worst service experience ever

Service experience so bad that my car came out worse than it went in. Service writer was good to start but lacked communication and claimed he told me things that he did not. When elevating the issue, the service manager blamed me for the issues after they had the car for 3+ weeks and refused to make things right. This is the worst dealer experience ever. Cox Chevrolet cannot be recommended.

Excellent prompt courteous service

Was notified of a recall on my 2019 Equinox by Cox Chevrolet, made an appointment and arrived at 2 for my appointment and was Curtiously directed to Matt French who handled the situation in a very prompt courteous and helpful manner, told me I would be out within an hour I was out of there in 35 minutes, I am very pleased. I have purchased and leased 5 new vehicles from Cox Chevrolet and Matt has handled my service needs on many occasions along with the rest of the team. I am very well satisfied, thankyou

New Camaro

Great Team 👍 They do what they can. Some people want the world from them -they only can help you build your world. It's a two way street. Friendly, truthful,honest. If they can do it they will. Front of the house to the back of the house great experience.Hands down.........Even Rico Fisher...LOl J/K Rico's alright....

Happy customer

This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from Cox Chevrolet. No pushy sales person. I talked about what I was looking for and price range. I was shown some vehicles that would work. Service department is the best.
