Very horrible salesman and manager, we had agreed with

Very horrible salesman and manager, we had agreed with the prices thru texting, the salesman texted me to coming close the deal, we came with cash and getting ready to take the car home, salesman came out said they couldn't close the deal, unless I take a different car almost the same like the one we agreed except few options less like 4 wheel drive, sunroof etc. What a trick they were pulling on us, we dropped everything and drove almost an hour to get there but they have no integrity, no manner, no self respect. They should keep their words or don't throw out bs promises trying to lure customers to come in. That was the most horrible services and representation of the salesman and the manager, careless about the customers feeling, I will not definitely come back and hope everyone see this review and be careful with those crooked salesman and the unresponsibility manager, they should be fired for pulling those dumb tricks on customers since we trust them and bring them businesses.

My car was supposed to be repainted but when I got it

My car was supposed to be repainted but when I got it back, a panel was missed and now I have to take it back for who knows how long to get it completed.

I enjoyed working with Ricco in Sales but the finance

I enjoyed working with Ricco in Sales but the finance department took so long to complete the transaction even after everything was verified with my employer the same week. It took another week or so and I didn't understand what the hold up was! Other than that I'm satisfied
