We put off buying a used car for 2 weeks, in part to the anxiety of pressure sales and the uncertainty of exactly what we were looking for. We drove onto the lot at Hendrick Honda Bradenton and were quickly met by Mr. Corey Williams. He was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor- a perfect fit for my wife and I. My wife was unsure of what she wanted at first and Corey was patient, thoughtful and helpful through out the process. Even though it was very hot, he provided 3-4 different vehicles for us to look at and test drive and made us comfortable inside the air conditioning while he did the running around. He accommodated my wife and found her the perfect car for her and in a color she loved. This experience quickly went from an initial sense of dread to a fun, enjoyable experience. Corey is the kind of guy you would like to go to when you considering buying a car. We'd like to thank both Corey and Adam for their help and assistance. I found Steve to be completely honest and clear in his answers to my many questions. This is my first Honda. I was a Toyota gal. Steve just didn't answer my questions he showed me the answers from the state on the internet. He impressed me very much. I had a problem trusting the word of car salesmen. but I do trust Steve. The only negative part of my visit was the many hours spent in the dealership before I could go home with my car. I am now going to try out your service department when the time is right. even tho I have to drive 11/2 hrs to and fro to get there.

Beth was friendly, professional and very patient throughout the entire process and at no time did we feel pressured about anything. The entire team went out of their way to make us happy. I decided my 9 year old Saturn Vue was about to retire and I wanted to test drive a few cars on the market. I was undecided about a Ford Escape vs Honda SUV and wanted to try the Honda Crosstour.
