My parents recently purchased a 2016 HR-V from Hendrick Honda Bradenton. We were fortunate to have had Greg Correia as our salesperson. We felt comfortable and never pressured. Our buying experience at Hendrick Honda was a positive one. The facility was attractive and clean and the employees friendly. We already had a great deal on a fine car next door and only stopped out of courtesy to explain our decision, not to negotiate, our mind was made up. Then we met Michael Knight, who quietly listened to the reasons we were going with the competitor. Micheal suggested we drive the car one more time before we left. Michael showed us features that we never dreamed were on the car. He knew his product and he knew how the features would benefit me specifically because he had been listening. The sales manager, Robert, made the deal work with our budget, and Adam did a great job with the paperwork. Parnell started this process and stayed involved to insure we were getting what we needed. Will buy from them again if service follows through and I have no reason to think they will not. We met the service manager and were impressed. Will keep my experience updated. Love our Honda Accord so far.

WOW it was killer buying a Honda Accord from Hendrick Honda. My sales person Kaylin Stapchuk was really nice and very smart she told me everything I needed to know it was just a cake walk to purchase the car. About a month ago, my family and I decide to visit Hendrick Honda to look for a car that is both new but also affordable for myself. With the help of a sales consultant, Brenty Nunez, he helped find a car that fits both descriptions. However, at that time, I did not have my driver's license yet so we decided to visit back again whenever I passed the test. Yesterday, we came back but we couldn't buy because of some complications. Nonetheless, we contacted Brenty Nunez for help and he willingly helped us on the next day to solve our issues and buy the car. He even drove us to the Shell's gas station to refill the tank since it was low when we purchased the car. He was remarkable. While I was at Hendrick for routine servicing of my Civic, I looked around the lot at the new models. Corey Williams came to meet me, found exactly the model, design, and color of the car I wanted, and persuaded me to take a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, telling me about his own experience with cars and demonstrating the features of the 2015s. He then guided me through the purchase process expertly and found some incredible sweeteners for the deal. Corey was an ideal salesman, and I left Hendrick with the perfect car for me--and feeling very about how everything went. I strongly recommend him, since he has a great understanding of what customers want--and the wisdom to make it feasible.

I have put off buying a car like I put off going to the dentist. But this was a good experience. The facilities were clean and expansive. Michael Knight was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and well informed. He understood my needs and did a great job. Most importantly, he was patient with me. Got the best price for the Civic (none of the other dealers would give me a lower price) and the whole family left happy. Dave Casey made the experience of buying a new car a real joy. He has a very gentle spirit and a no pressure attitude. We were dreading the process of car shopping.
