Fantastic service

I have been to many car dealerships, and my experience at Bob Boast was leagues ahead of my experience elsewhere. They know how to treat customers right. I did not feel pressured; they allowed me the time I needed to make my decision on which vehicle to lease. The entire process was painless because of how friendly and helpful Kevin and the sales manager were. I would absolutely recommend buying or leasing a car here, and I would do it again myself.

Alway satisfied with Service

I always have a great service experience at Bob Boast VW. They always try to accommodate my schedule and are diligent about completing my car quickly while I wait. Everyone is always very friendly.

How can one customer that does not give his name even get on here and give a bad rating . when the same sales person has several 5 star ratings if they wont post name then should not be on here .

2007 Volkswagen EOS Engine Light on

Mike in Service went the extra mile in repairing my car. I had an engine light on and he quickly diagnosis that I had 4 issues. Mike quickly got all the parts I needed and fixed my car properly. This was all great but where Mike really shined was in dealing with my insurance to pay for repair. He dealt with my insurance to pay for the repair without me getting involved. I am very Pleased and will recommend all my friends to ask for Mike. Job well done ! Bill

Sales Consultant-

I do not recommend working with the sales consultant James Clarke. Rude, pushy inconsiderate. Made me feel like because I was not ready to purchase today I was a waste of his time. Not knowledgable of what inventory was at the lot or what was in the price range of what I was looking for. Turned me off to the car buying process here, will be purchasing else where.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

Our teenage daughter has been working two jobs to save enough money to buy herself her first car. The experience was incredible at Bob Boast VW! The sales representative (Kevin) treated our daughter with respect and gave his full attention. He instructed her on every aspect of the car she was about to purchase. He has children and wanted her to be SAFE. The entire team provided excellent service. We did not feel we were at a car dealership...we were not pressured and it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire team of Bob Boast VW!!!! We will be getting our next vehicle at this dealership.

Poor job

I recently moved here from Massachusetts and brought my EOS in because it was leaking on the driver side. I waited longer than I was promised, and they said it was fixed. I took it through the car wash and it was leaking as bad as it was before. Will not bring my car there again.
