Leased our new Mazda CX-5 yesterday and what a refreshing

Leased our new Mazda CX-5 yesterday and what a refreshing great experience it was. This Dealership stood by everything they said to sell us a vehicle. Everything was transparent and the entire staff was so knowledgeable and service oriented. Stephen Wilkinson was our sales agent and I must say he provided us with the best car buying experience of our lives. He said what he meant and meant what he said - no surprises at signing. The same with Larry at Cox Chevrolet who purchased our current lease - again no surprises. So nice to deal with honest people. The Cox family is an upstanding operation.

Purchased my Mazda elsewhere, unfortunately due to a lack

Purchased my Mazda elsewhere, unfortunately due to a lack of interest on the part of the Cox Mazda salesman that I dealt with then who is no longer with the company. But suffice it to say, I have had my vehicle serviced by Cox since its purchase and I can't say enough about the service. It's been long believed that a vehicle is best serviced at the selling dealer to get the best in service. But Cox Mazda has proved that to be false. Bobby the manager has been a hands on manager always going above and beyond to make my visit a pleasant one AND my service done right. And while my previous Service Advisor on at least 2 occasions was lacking in customer service and people skills, I must say, Travis Meeler is not. He is bar far the best service advisor ever. Out of a handful of visits to Cox Mazda Service, I had never had Travis until today, yet I knew of him because despite having my car handled by other advisors, he has always been the most reachable, the most approachable and the quickest to respond with answers to my questions or concerns. So I was extremely pleased to have Travis work with me today on an unexpected issue with my vehicle that would have rendered it undriveable, if not for Travis's assistance and the service of the mechanic who quickly worked on my vehicle and diagnosed the problem. Having little expectations I would be out before sundown, Travis was upfront and honest, giving me realistic expectations. Fortunately, my vehicle's issue was far less than what it could have been, and walaa! I was out of there in time to return to work. Clearly Travis is not just a great employee and Service Advisor, but a great co-worker, as is Chelsea, as Chelsea came to me when my car was finished, since Travis had stepped out for lunch, and gave me the rundown and closed me out so I wouldn't have to wait for his return. Teamwork of this magnitude where the customer is the one to benefit, is commendable and certainly will keep me coming back. Similarly, regardless of who my Service Advisor had been in the past, any calls made to which Travis responded, were handled and answered. Travis never made me feel like I was not his responsibility and I would have to wait on my Service Advisor. Happy to say I learned today I can request my Service Advisor, so going forward, I will be having Travis take care of my vehicle. Who can pass up, consistent honest, concise and friendly customer service? Thank you Travis for making my issue today, a relatively non-issue with minimal inconvenience.

James was a nice enough guy, but not very accommodating

James was a nice enough guy, but not very accommodating when it came to trying to buy a new car. He was very slow responding on the phone and would not answer a lot of my questions. When it finally came down to signing the numbers, they put in an extra $2000 more than what we verbally and in writing agreed on. Seems like the classic bait and switch situation running at this dealer. I would suggest finding another dealer that is willing to work with you and actually give you a fair price.

Couldn't get a quote on new or my own car

I want to leave a review. I tried to get a quote for a trade in as well as for a car from Lucas Emkey for over 2 days. He did nothing 1st he needed model I gave him Vin and he stated he couldn't get the info from the vin he still needed model and specifics including interior info as the vin did not give him this info. My husband and I put the vin in Google and received all this info quite quickly including leather interior model etc. He kept asking questions and I never received a quote over 3 days. I bought from Daytona Mazda as he could never give what I wanted.

Everything went fine , Lucas was my sales guy and everything went fine by the most part . Little hiccup while trying to use my personal loan from my credit union but was taken care off , to bad is not a buyers market at the time being but still was a smooth transaction

Sold me a 2016 used subaru with a busted clutch!!!

Ive had my new 2016 subaru wrx sti for two weeks now and I haven’t driven it more then 24 hours because these guys think its okay to sell a car with 85k on it and leave the original clutch in the car even though it was clearly slipping! It was literally slipping as i drove it home and its not even drivable at all as of me making this review and when i let the sales rep know i basically got brushed off like it was nothing!

If you can, avoid doing business with Lucas Emkey at Cox...

If you can, avoid doing business with Lucas Emkey at Cox Mazda. For at least a week my brother and I was contacting him to set up a test drive. Then when we were able to set up a Test drive, Lucas then sent me an email saying the car has been sent to an auction. He was dumb enough to ask me if I wanted a different vehicle. People who buy Saabs or search ONLY for Saabs do NOT want another vehicle. The car was taken off of the website for less than a day. Then I saw it back on the website. Lucas didn’t try to contact me to tell me that it was available. When I called the business the next day, I spoke with the secretary, who cut me off while speaking and said she was going to transfer me over to the manager. She then transferred me to a line that just disconnected. She knew what she was doing. Avoid this establishment like the plague. He was dumb enough to ask me if I wanted a different vehicle. People who buy subs or search for subs do not want another vehicle..

Stay away from this dealership! I had my car serviced...

Stay away from this dealership! I had my car serviced last weekend. They failed to order the parts needed so while I was there I scheduled to come in again the following week. I woke up early this morning and drove thirty minutes to this dealership only to be told I'm not on the schedule. I spoke with the manager and he was rude, completely unapologetic and accepted no blame whatsoever. He said I could wait there the whole day and MAYBE they could fit me in. In fact, he blamed ME for not noticing I wasn't receiving reminder emails about my appointment! What a total FAIL.

Stephany Delgado is the best salesperson!

I found a car on Cox Mazda website that I wanted to purchase. Stephany responded quickly to my email and gave me all the information I needed. I live in Naples so I rented a car to drive to dealership. Stephany took care of returning the rental for me and even paid for it ! She was super nice and I felt more like I made a new friend instead of the normal painful car buying process. She went out of her way to make it easy, even giving me a map of local places to see on my drive home so I could really enjoy my convertible. After the sale when I have had questions about the warranty or anything she is always there for me. I told her manager she deserves a bonus!
