I am excited and grateful to have purchased my 3rd Mazda

I am excited and grateful to have purchased my 3rd Mazda SUV with Cox Mazda! The experience was so easy and pleasant. Dalila, the sales person, was ready and waiting for us with the car already running and cooling for our test drive which was much appreciated during the Florida summer. Jimmy and Joe in finance were fair and informative without undue or uncomfortable pressure. I was able to set the price exactly where I wanted it to be from my research. We will definitely be back to Cox Mazda for the purchase of our next vehicle when the time comes and would encourage everyone to visit when searching for a car.

I retired from Porsche Cars North America and part of my responsibilty was coordinating the launch of new dealerships. Our best practices were mirrored in the lease/delivery of this vehicle. Cox Mazda did a great job... Kudos to Jesse Edwards, Marylin Betanzos, Lisi Hernandez and Latravis Washington!

Shady and deceptive business practices.

Shady and deceptive business practices.Buyer Beware.paid for car I purchased in full . Then discovered on my credit card they still charged me a deposit on top off the check I gave them for full payment. Took over a month to get my money back . They also charged me for a key that will not even work on the car . Said they would cover half of the repairs for a bad abs unit till it was time to pay . Go to a different Mazda dealer

Always wonderful to deal with.

Always wonderful to deal with. My grandson needed a car on an emergency basis. The dealership stepped up to the plate and made it happen in less than 24 hours. His mother bought a car there too a couple of years ago and was given the same wonderful service. With Cox folks in your corner you can’t go wrong. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!

MY CAR CAME IN FOR OVER HEATING AND SPENT 30 DAYS BEFORE

MY CAR CAME IN FOR OVER HEATING AND SPENT 30 DAYS BEFORE TELLING ME IT WAS FIXED PICKED IT UP AND DIDNT MAKE IT 10 MILES AND OVER HEATED AGAIN. THEY HAVE NOW HAD MY CAR FOR 3 MORE WEEKS AND SAID THEY DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT. HAVE CALLED MAZDA AND THEY NOW HAVE A TICKET OPEN HOPE THEY CAN HELP ME GET MY CAR FIXED. CAR WAS NEVER FIXED THE 1ST TIME. Frank called me back.

Jason,Travis and Carolyn are the best! My car got into an accident and they helped me get into a new one before GAP has even paid out. They really try their best to get you into a car and that you’re happy! Thanks again!

Contacted dealership.

Contacted dealership. Seemed to have to follow up with them. Salesman sent initial email that said when I’m ready to buy to call him. I was ready to buy and missed on a vehicle. Really surprised at the follow up. I had to chase him

I can't say enough about this dealership. I had an amazing experience when I purchased it from Caroline and every time I come for service Chelsea and Rodney are top notch. Comfortable waiting room everything is done as quickly as possible and you are treated with kindness and respect. What else could you ask for
