It was my first time buying a car and obviously had many doubts and question. Mr. Zimney was very patient, understanding and above all very helpful. Overall I had a great experience, its was simple, to the point, very honest and no pressure to close the deal, until I was ready.

I called in to the Coast Cadillac dealership in Sarasota to inquire about a Cadillac ATS Premium. I spoke with Marshall Zimny and he was a great help from the start. He didn't have the details of the car on hand but walked out to the car and answered all of my questions. He and the dealership were very honest and upfront from the beginning. Not just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me into the dealership like other dealers may have done in that situation. They were willing to work with me on the price of my trade and he seemed to be very much on top of things. He and the dealership deserve great recognition for the way they conduct business and themselves. Cadillac has done a superb job with their new interior and technology as of late and I strongly recommend Cadillac over Mercedes, BMW and Audi. I have owned them all and this by far is the best car I have ever owned. I would strongly recommend to splurge on the options, they are well worth it! I hope this has been helpful to anyone reading. I contacted Marshall about a used car that was brought in for trade in and he assured me it was worth to come and check it out. I drove 2 hrs to come see the car, loved it and in less than an hour I had all the paperwork done and driving home with a great new car.
