5 stars all around! I've purchased 30+ vehicles from a wide range of dealers, and this was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience of all of them. Jared was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, the whole team worked to make the deal easy despite coming in from across the state and on a right timeliness, and the dealership itself is amazing. Vehicles, amenities, attention to detail, what a great experience. A huge thank you and strong recommendation for anyone in the market!

I had an excellent experience at Ford of Sarasota’s Quick Lane, thanks to Dianelis Salgado’s outstanding customer service. She was clear, attentive, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. What excellent service from wally and the parts Manager Bill. Had a taillight out. Took it in. Went a head and got a oil change that was coming up. Was in and out less than 40min. Without a appointment. They gave me a complementary lunch. Which was delish. Also got to watch a movie while I waited. You can a massage, play a game, there is also a park and playground near bye. Been Sarasota Ford customer for years. They just keep getting better. Great job you all

I had an excellent experience with Sarasota Ford, and especially with Jared McLaughlin. I was looking for an F-150 Lightning based on a deal I had seen on Ford.com. I had already called several other dealerships, and no one seemed to have it or be able to make the deal work. When I first called Sarasota Ford, the call center wanted to schedule me to come into the dealership, but I really just wanted to know if they had the truck and if they could honor the deal. About 20 minutes later, Jared McLaughlin called me back, and from the very beginning he was focused on helping me and accommodating what I was trying to do. He listened, understood exactly what I was looking for, and made the process very simple. I have purchased many cars over the years, and this was probably the quickest and smoothest buying process I have ever had. While Jared was handling the paperwork and getting my truck ready, he even insisted that we have lunch at the restaurant inside the dealership, which he comped for us. The food and service were amazing, and it made the whole experience feel even more personal. I truly felt appreciated and valued as a customer. There were no mistakes, no problems, no excuses, and no unnecessary back and forth. Jared was professional, friendly, fast, accurate, helpful, and honestly awesome. I highly recommend Sarasota Ford and Jared McLaughlin to anyone looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and treats you right.

Customer service was great with his friendly location is waiting around friendly. They offer accommodations for people that have to wait longer time while going to the process but the process honestly was the best that I have ever had when purchasing a car. Matthew Smith was great. He listened to my needs and was able to assist me into getting a car which I don’t have happy with financially can work with us. Great job on the team.

This dealership has fair deals, but is extremely pushy both in the sales and in the follow up service texts and emails that you will receive. They will not stop harassing you and will text you even after you ask them to stop, using a new number. It’s probably worth the drive to get a quote from them and go to another dealership. Important note; never hand them your keys or they will “not be able to find it” when it is time for you to leave. Despicable sales tactics and constant harassment sums up Sarasota Ford. Edit: they will use AI to harass you and then if you get the AI to stop they will call you again. Be warned and look at yelp for their true rating!
