I purchased a new F150 and took it for it's first time on the highway. The truck almost shook itself apart. When I took it back to the dealer to complain, I was told to get the truck out of their yard or they would have it towed and charged to me. There were four Managers that came to me. I was wearing a mask, but only one of the Managers would wear a mask in front of me. Not a surprise to me that the only one showing respect was the Colored man. Scot

I took it to the dealer at 11:30 AM and waited for almost 4 hours, only to be told that they did everything that they could? When I got upset at that response, I was told by a Manager to never come back??? How is that supposed to work when they hold the service contract? They sold me a lemon, and when I complained, They say leave and never come back. Do not buy from Sarasota Ford

I bought a new F150 that had serious shaking on the highway. I took it to service and was told 4 hours later, they did what they could today. They sold me a lemon, refused to fix it , and then told me to leave and never come back, even thought they hold the service contract.

Brandon was very helpful and patient with all the questions that we asked. Very friendly and listened to all of our concerns and issues. He went above and beyond for us.

Had been to the dealership prior for service but first time on the sales side and just like the service side they did not disappoint I was paired with Edin Veletanlic as a Product Specialist all I can say is that I cannot believe that I have not come here sooner to buy a car

I purchased a 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt and Liz Coleman was the Product Specialist and she was Awesome! I bought the car long distance and she sent videos of the car to show me the condition (which is immaculate). She kept me informed of the progress of the deal from start to having the car shipped to my home. She is honest and transparent. Incredible experience dealing with Sarasota Ford and Edin Veletanlic I have never had a more pleasant time buying a vehicle, Everything was seamless Edin showed us every feature on the truck got us some free food from the cafe they have at the dealership before finalizing everything with the business manager thank you again.

Originally inquired on a truck over the internet that Sarasota Ford had and they paired me up with a Product Specialist named Edin Veletanlic he was very quick and efficient getting me all the information that I needed. He set up an appointment with me and worked around my busy schedule to get everything done I will 100% be coming back here for my next one !!
