Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted to buy a sports car for the first time, obviously you’d want to figure out how much insurance is going to cost you. Sales manager Leo kept trying to rush me into signing papers before finding out how much insurance would cost me, salesman had to tell him to go away so I could do my thing. After agreeing to a price and signing 30 minutes BEFORE they closed, no one confirms with me how much I wanted to finance so when I get to the final signings when they try to sell you extended warranties I tell Corey Cooper their business manager I wanted to put more money down. He tries lying to me telling me I can’t finance a smaller amount, I call xx and ask if it’s because getting a new amount approved is a long process and he tells me yes and he wanted to go home to see his wife. So now I’m forced into a larger loan than I wanted paying a 10% interest rate and he tells me “just pay it off sooner” I wanted to build credit with a smaller loan and smaller payment, now I’m locked into a larger payment than I wanted. After he heavily pressures me into buying warranties and has a condescending tone throughout the entire process I finally get to the end to where I expected to get a temporary plate since I had a transferable plate from my old car. Because this guy Corey is irritated with how he’s had to stay after close to finish my transaction he refuses to give me a temporary plate and gives me a new one with a hefty $175 fee. I go in the next day with my old plate trying to tell him to use my old plate so I can avoid this expensive fee, he tells me he can’t do it and to take it to the DMV and they “might give you five bucks buddy” with his usual condescending tone. So I go to the DMV and they tell me they were not supposed to give me a new plate and to file a complaint with the county to get my money back. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT FOR THEM TO BE FORCED TO REFUND MY MONEY

xxxxxxx. They post vehicles at a price and add $5000 to $10000 once they put the deal in front of you. Jazlyn assured me of a price. When I arrive to buy the car they added $3000 because I was a cash deal no trade in. Added another $3000 for their mandatory care plan and $1200 for delivery fee. This is illegal. You can’t force someone to take a plan for a car that is being taken out of state. Jazlyn promised me the price and it was at least 7000 more on a used car. Wasted our time. The first day we came in the car was not drivable. They didn’t know it until we arrived. Then the sales manager called asking us to come drive it the next day and I told him it wasn’t drivable and in the shop which he didn’t know. I guess our time isn’t important.
