Made an appointment last Wednesday Veterans Day...
Made an appointment last Wednesday Veterans Day 11-11-2020 12:30. When I get there I could tell it was busy I was about to leave but no I need my oil changed and I have an appointment.. Jose Estella informs me it's busy because of Veterans Day. I tell him I have a 12:30 appointment he tells me he has a hundred and four people in front of me. Sooooo what was the point of being able to make an appointment??? By 6p.m. they get me out of there. The next day I get an email saying I missed my appointment. Oh mind you my husband paid for a lifetime of oil changes and paid my car off a year early. So I feel I didn't get the best service because they had nothing to gain. I'm sure he did not want me to leave a bad review so it was easier to type in the system I missed my appointment. Sad and really disappointed.

I had an amazing experience when purchasing my Kia Seltos. Rarou was the sales person that helped me and he made the whole experience extremely easy. To be honest I only stopped at Kia as a formality just to see what they had but I planned on purchasing a different vehicle. Rarou had the best customer service out of all the local dealerships I visited. He was patient and not pushy at all, made sure I got to see and test drive the exact vehicles I was interested in and worked with his manager to get me a great deal. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Carson but specifically Rarou. If you go there definitely ask for Rarou, he’ll help you find exactly what you want and when you drive off you won’t have any doubts.
