I'd been trying to work with two Kia dealerships before coming to Trophy Kia to trade in my pristine 2018 Camry for a 2021 Kia Seltos. Covina and Cerritos couldn't help. Covina didn't have the financing network to help with challenged credit and Cerritos set an appointment, had the financing approved, but let someone buy the car out from under me before I came in. That's on the salesperson. Well, DaVonna had reached out while I was talking to the others and was able to get me into the exact car I wanted the same night the other dealership dropped the ball. She was great in working the deal, keeping in touch with me, and even made me test drive it even though I already knew what I wanted. She wanted to make sure I was good with my choice. She also followed up with me after I drove the car off the lot. I highly recommend working with her. Super attentive, caring and while the process can be stressful, it wasn't with DaVonna and Trophy Kia in Carson! PS: I was the last person in the dealership and everything was a done deal, but DaVonna stayed with me until 10pm. Above and beyond!

Daniel was one of the calmest salespersons II’ve ever met. He helped out my sister purchase a Telluride tho she had been looking at for the past 6 months. As soon as we arrived he greeted my family and immediately showed my sister the Telluride she was looking for. He went through all the features and the differences between the trim levels.
