I is nice to be greeted with a smile . Within minutes I was being walked though the process of getting my oil changed. I was start with a friendly face and smile to ask what I needed then an a wonderful gnetleman, Nelson, came out to help with the rest. He patienly let me ask questions, explain the dealers recommendation for my vehicle and then helped me find the best deal with my coupons - that is so awesome. I went to the very clean waiting area and had a nice cup of coffee. Nelson said it would be about an hour and it was. I love it when you are appreciated and things run smoothly. I love the car but I'm not too happy the the monthly payment which went up about$200 ..bit it's a beautiful car hopefully I can save some money with this hybrid
