Painless!

The internet sales manager, Aaron Martinez was great! So was his management staff, Edgar and his boss. Although there was no negotiations in the price, I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend family and friends to this dealership and sales manager.

We looked at a lot of cars!

We were looking for a plug-in hybrid and literally looked at every car on the market. The best plug-in hybrid for us was the Kia Niro. The best Kia dealership in the area was Kia of Carson.

Service Experience

The service advisor was friendly and gave a very thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. The service technicians did the work faster than the time the service advisor had estimated. The waiting area was clean and plenty of room for all the people waiting. Very good amenities made wait go by fast.

My service writer Nelson was fast and very polite. My car was done in a timely manner. Wasn't happy about the car wash being down, but what are you going to do...

Yuri is the best!

I refuse to get my car serviced if I can't get an appointment with Yuri! She's the best! She's amazing and super friendly! She's an example of what costumer service should always be!

Yuri kind, warm, smile

Yuri greets you with a smile, listens and a warm professional. She treats you like a family member her kindness is felt instantly. I will always request Yuri because I was completely satisfied.

Professional setvice rep

I’ve been coming to Kia for over a decade now. In that span of time my service rep Yuri Sanchez has been excellent. She is a truly honest professional that explains all the work that needs to be done. She does not try to push unnecessary maintenance like other places try to do. I am truly blessed to have Yuri as my rep as i never feel like i was ‘ripped off’ when i leave Kia. As long as Yuri is employeed at Kia my next car will definitely be another Kia!

Good overall experience our salesman Joe was very pleasant. Good selection of vehicles Ammer in finance was informative and friendly I did not feel pressure to purchase a vehicle I did not want
