I checked in my vehicle with Alexis I could not leave my veh. for diagnostic the day of. She suggested to re schedule when I could leave the veh. to allow diagnostic to take place. I absolutely thank youuu for giving me a heads up on my mileage expiration that was coming up on my veh. because of this I was able to re route my schedule & get back in prior to my mileage cap, & saved thousands in repair cost. My veh. under went a new transmission under warranty, thank you Alexis for your efficiency. Marisol went over my paperwork with me the day my car was ready, thank you both I felt acknowledged & taken care of by KIA OF CARSON.
