Sales rep Joey was extremely helpful and attentive. His un-intruding attitude and sales tactics made our car shopping experience comfortable and smooth. We did not feel any pressure to purchase or make rash decisions. He was very patient and answered all of our questions honestly. Juan, the sales manager, was another individual who made our experience awesome. She understood our budget and made some genuine effort to help us get a better appraisal for the Tesla Model 3 we were trading in. So far I am pleased with our new vehicle, the EV 9.

Al was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell anything and helped me negotiate a good deal for my car. He explained all the cool features of my car to me in great detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off.
