They treated me well.

Good experience, nice , friendly customer service, wish they could have lowered the price a bit more because my payments are almost 600, little too much.

My Kia Service Experience

My service advisor was Eric Espinosa, I actually met him first on the phone, he returned a call I made to service dept inquiring about service financing. Eric explained the process and invited me to come in and complete the Wells Fargo application , I came in later that day and he walked me thru the process patiently..I got approval same day. Eric met me @ Kia @ 7:00 AM and started the intake process , he arranged for a loaner , which I appreciated. Eric kept me updated on the work process and my car was ready when promised, all clean and polished, like new. I will always deal directly with Eric, he’s smart, professional, honest, and very respectful.

New Car

I was very impressed with my recent visit. Everyone was very kind & helpful. I had a few questions about my Kia & everyone was willing to answer my questions with no problems. I felt very comfortable & not pressured to buy the car. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.

Singh

I lease car from this xxxxing Kia , and my payment is comes to 323 $ but the xxxxing agent said do the extra protection to your car and he gave me something global trust protection and my monthly payment goes to 398 $ .. that time he said whenever you need service will do free for you but today I came for service still I have to pay 65 $ for just the oil change and tire rotation.. why I am paying 70 $ extra every month

Trust and Appreciation for Quality Service

Assistant Service Manager Joseph Dithomas Jr did a fantastic job of making sure my problems were fixed and costs kept down. My headlight went bonkers at 62,000 miles - just past my 60k mile warranty. Joseph volunteered my case up to the manufacturer and ensured the $1000 replacement part would not be charged to me. Call me grateful.

Bankruptcy on credit

Hi guys. Bryant and his team did an excellent job to help me finance a car. My credit is awful and didn’t think I would get a car with a bankruptcy On my credit And a vechicle being surrendered. Some how I got approved for my Kia Rio. Thanks guys

Car Pros Kia, 22020 Recreation Rd, Carson, Ca 90745

I came in for routine car servicing on 5/11/18.. Cristina Bernitez in the Service Department assisted me. Cristina Bernitez is extremely knowledgeable, she communicates well and is always polite. She has the necessary skills and know how for making customers feel special. She should train all workers there to be just like her. She goes beyond the call of duty to assure all customer needs have been met. She kept me abreast of the status and wait time of my vehicle. It was ready as promised. She asked if needed transportation, but I declined and stayed in customer lounge. She informed me of the complimentary coffee and donuts available as well as wireless internet access. I am a senior citizen and it has been a pleasure being assisted by Cristina Bernitez. She never once made me feel as if I am being rushed. She answered all of my questions and did not get agitated with me for asking any questions. She is very patient with customers and that means a lot, especially to a senior citizen. When you have someone with Cristina's knowledge and personality you will get loyal customers who will return repeatedly.

Excellent Service

I was so impressed by my recent visit to the Service Department at Car Pros Kia of Carson. My service manager, Henry was so kind, helpful, and attentive. I also felt very welcomed by the entire staff as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. And my wait time was very reasonable! I felt good throughout the entire experience. I was highly satisfied. I highly recommend having your Kia vehicle serviced at this dealership. -Lena :)
