Personalized Treatment

Joseph DiThomas's personal approach. I really appreciated his customer service skills. Aside from my service needs, which was approached professionally, our conversations were about life and family. I will be returning because of Joseph!

Kia of Carson Service Review

I had my car serviced as a walk in. The wait wasn't bad at all. Coffee and donughts available every day. Restrooms very clean as well as waiting room. Phone charging stations available. Eddie was our service associate and was very courteous and thourgh in explaining what wad going on with my car.

No pressure

Our sales person, Joe V, was excellent. This was the first time ever we were in and out under 3 hours. Awesome experience, we will be back!!!

Amazing customer service

While my car had to go to Kia multiple times for the issue to be resolved I did get great customer service. Eduardo fully explained what they were doing, why , and how the process would unfold if we needed to contact the manufacturer for replacement . He was approachable, friendly, personable and knowledgable.

Lease to buy

I am a long time customer. I brought my 1st Kia in 2008. Alabama was my salesman then and now. He helped you build this dealership! There's a level of complacency that's noticable in your treatment of your Best salesman that is affecting your entire operation. He earned his status make your new people earn their way as he did and your dealership will continue to grow.

Excellent Customer Service

The person I talked to about service really did a great job of making me feel welcome. Also he did seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the issues on my car and explained that it's minor and it's something they do on the regular so it set me at ease. The work was done rather timely as well and I'm definitely coming back should I need something else.
