I came in to see a Ram truck and Bam met me by the front
I came in to see a Ram truck and Bam met me by the front of the building. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake and welcomed me to the dealership. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me two trucks that matched exactly what I wanted. Bam took me on a test drive and explained the features the vehicle was going to offer me if I decided on that one. He was very thorough and professional and a plus to your sales team. Bam definitely did a great job and I will refer him to anyone who is looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Ram product . If you go by reviews before going in a dealership ask for Bam he will do right by you he is very fair and honest ..
Bam and Zack did an excellent job and I will be happy to refer my friends and family to them .

I worked with Michele Hanrahan and had a great and easy time purchasing my new vehicle, great selection of new and used vehicles on their lot.
Awesome dealership, great salesman.
I dealt with Scott Essex in my search for a Jeep Wrangler. He patiently answered my questions and went through test drives on 3 vehicles. We were able to put together a fair deal with my trade and Scott seamlessly got me into the new to me vehicle After the purchase was complete a nick on the windshield was found. Scott brought out the service manager and in a matter of minutes it was agreed to install a new windshield. A welcomed response for sure. I would also like to add that I chatted with some of the other staff and found everyone to be friendly. Definitely a relaxed atmosphere. I have been a business owner for over 42 years and have been involved in many vehicle and equipment purchases. This transaction was smooth and enjoyable. I give these folks a 10!
Barry was the best!
Barry was the best! super nice and helpful :) he went above and beyond for us :)
brought in my 01 Jeep Wrangler for an inop heater. They were kind enough to call and alert me to the forecast cost to make it right, I gave them the OK. Theu called again, the tech had found internal parts that were shot, and the repair costs doubled. At that point I said, Nope, button it back up . they did and did NOT CHARGE ME A CENT FOR THEIR TIME & EFFORT. Totally impressed: great guys.

Dealership needs improvement in follow through
After Hurricane Ian (9/28/22) our vehicles were a total loss. We went to Douglas Jeep because of our previous experience with salesman Bam Buford. My new 2022 Jeep Wrangler (only had it 4 months) was damaged and towed away as a total loss vehicle by our insurance company. My husband and I bought/financed another new vehicle 2022 Jeep Gladiator in October 2022. The lien holder luckily remained the same. However, the previous vehicle (total loss) was not paid off by dealership for service warranties that should have been canceled. Been waiting on a response back from the Douglas Jeep finance rep, Alex Bowermaster, since late October/early November 2022. I recently received a call from the manager, John Cushman, who said he would look into this and get back with me, next day. It’s been 3 business days since. Today, 1/13/2023, I attempted to call dealership and someone kept hanging up the phone each time I called. Finally I called my salesman, Bam Buford, and he advised me to call dealership again and ask for John Cushman, after he asked about my concerns. When I called the dealership and asked for John Cushman, after putting me on hold…I was then sent to John Cushman’s voicemail. I am a very patient person; however, the lien holder calling me for balance due (debt collection) is not something anyone would want. This should have been addressed by the dealership, as my insurance company and GAP insurance had already paid their portion. The remaining amount should have been paid off from the canceled service warranties by Douglas Jeep dealership. (Lien holder’s Loss Dept Rep. Informed me of this) Buying new/old vehicles from this dealership was not a bad experience but this lack of follow up and follow through, by the dealership, after Hurricane Ian took away our house and vehicles is very disappointing to say the least. We were treated well during the purchase/finance process but when it came down to paying out money owed to us/lien holder, the customer service/courtesy of the dealership staff was sorely lacking. This needs improvement. Customers should be treated fairly and respectfully even after the purchase process is completed. Repeat customers can also be beneficial to any dealership.
I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie. Made the drive down to Douglas and was glad I did, Got a great truck at a great price. My salesman Steve Cole was wonderful nice, attentive and listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect fit. The sales manager and finance great as well. Overall a great experience, will defiantly be a return customer
