We have been dealing with Douglas dodge for several years (about 15 years) they have never disappointed us. We are on car number 8. Our recent visit on 4/2/26 our sale person Storm was exceptional, friendly, and polite. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them anytime. Our experience with them has been nothing but great from the time we walk in to the time we leave. From sales to finance to service we have had no problems with them, so if anyone is looking for exceptional experience buying a new or used car give them a shot. Thank you to Storm for all your help.

I enjoyed working with Caden Hays. He is the nicest most compassionate person. In all our communications by text and phone calls. He responded promptly to any of my concerns and questions. He listened to what my car needs and requirements were. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart in trying to find the right vehicle for me. He made the whole process smooth and expedient. I highly recommend working with Caden at Douglas Jeep Chrysler. He is the best, top notch! I am very happy with the Chevy Traverse I bought. Best car buying I have ever experienced! If I could give 10 stars I would!

My experience is too lengthy to go into detail but please, please take my advice and go somewhere else for service. This was the absolute WORSE experience I have ever had with repair services on a vehicle. Please avoid any added stress and go elsewhere. This dealer deserves 0 stars, at best.

Wow, Mrs. Ellison. You came in from Michigan, we quickly diagnosed your problem and went to order the part from Jeep. Jeep had ZERO in stock, nationally, so we ordered from the closest dealer that had one, immediately. That dealer, Jerry Ulm in Tampa, either didn't have the part or refused to ship it, AFTER taking our money. Once we knew that, we ordered and paid for another part from the next closest dealer, hoping that we would win a claim against the first dealer. Throughout this process, you were given the tracking numbers so you could see what was happening yourself. The second ordered part was delayed, probably due to the DHS shutdown, which you know. We had you in a brand-new Grand Cherokee, of which you paid a minimal rate for four days, after which you received another one for free from the owner. When we received the part, your vehicle was repaired immediately and given back to you. The parts were beyond our control, which you knew, and yet this is your reaction. We will make this easy for you. You and Gary are never welcome back, under any circumstances. Good fortune to you.

Do you honestly think we would ever come back after the service we received? Yes, I was given a UPS tracking number but after 3 days without a UPS update, unlike you, I would have realized there was a problem and ordered another part. It took 8 days and an email to the owner before another part was ordered, that is unacceptable. And then after ordering the second part, why would I assume the delay had anything to do with the DHS shutdown when I was first told the truck that had our part was in an accident, then I was told you weren’t sure if the part was on the truck, then I was told it was at the Tampa Airport, which the tracking number did verify that it was in Tampa. And yes, you did supply us with a new Jeep to drive that we had to pay for with a limit on the miles we could drive but all we wanted was our own Jeep since we had several day trips planned with friends that flew down. This should have been handled in a much better and more efficient way. Maybe if you had to go without your vehicle for 3 weeks, you'd think differently.

The Douglas Service team really stepped up and took great care of the situation. They went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved and that the customer was happy. I appreciate their effort and they were great to work with. I would definitely recommend the Douglas Service team to anyone needing service.

I bought my suv from jason gprman.i have been buying cars since i was 17 and it has bever been so easy and quick. Have worked with this dealership for many years. Just bought a new car for my wife the weekend before Christmas and got an exceptional deal. Zack, my salesman is one of the best they have, however, the other sales people there are just as good. I have bought over seven cars from them and eight or nine of my friends have bought there as well. So if you’re looking for someplace where you can go and make a deal, you can still get one here!
