Maricela Santos is the type of salesperson I always want

Maricela Santos is the type of salesperson I always want to meet when looking for a new vehicle. She was courteous, inquisitive to our needs, and professional. I can’t say enough about the service and work she put into making sure we were happy with our vehicle. Somehow the service department wasn’t getting the vehicle ready as quickly as they should have. She stepped in and moved the process along. She even had 3 other customers she was working with at the same time. We are so happy with her service that we will be asking for her when we are needing a new vehicle. Douglas Dodge should be thankful they have her as their employee.

Gary and Alex were great!

Gary and Alex were great!! They went above and beyond to help me be able to purchase my new vehicle! 😊 They were both very nice and professional!

Our salesman Justin was wonderful.

Our salesman Justin was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Justin wasn’t pushy or overbearing and the whole transaction was super quick and not a bad experience at all. Justin was a very personable and chill person, very easy to get along with. We had a couple of issues with the car when we left and the dealership fixed them at no cost to us! 10/10

Definitely DON’T BUY HERE

Looking at a 2021 Mercedes GLC on Cars.com I came across their ad which on the surface seems like a Fair price. Unfortunately that’s not Really the case here. I cant understand why anyone would buy a car at this place when they have tons of dealer fee ad on’s that by the time u get done include a $900 inspection fee ( Gas, wash and paperwork) which is ridiculous and if u don’t finance through them they charge another $1,500!!! That forces anyone buying a car here from taking whatever rates they get and I’m sure they Mark those those up heavily. Now you’re stuck in a car with heavy negative equity the second u sign for it. Just don’t do it! They had no window sticker showing all the options. I was give the excuse they aren’t a Mercedes dealer. Any and most dealers today have it. They also don’t use Carfax and instead Autocheck which shows very little info at all. Carfax is Far more detailed and it’s unusual for any dealer to not have one. Even if u were to finance from them which gives u very little or negotiation power to compare rates who knows whatever additional Dealer fees this place add’s on when u get to the Finance person whose job it is to sell u more High margin items during closing. Don’t even bother inquiring about any of their cars. I’m surprised they don’t have a listing fee to charge us for asking questions. Basically this place is using a very old model of upselling/required fees and advertising a Low Ball price. All those, “Happy customer” reviews here either have fake or just completely mindless they just got ripped off.

This is my first visit to your dealership and I have to

This is my first visit to your dealership and I have to highly complement Melody since she actually helped me with my concerns just by being friendly and caring and help me with getting to the right person for my service questions. I have to say John Grupe is a wonderful service Director He definitely changed my mind to the full positive for the service department. John was a pleasure to work with by helping diagnose a squeak noise that was concerning me with my challenger scat pack. Also need to mention Melody in sales, she showed me some used cars that I was interested in looking at and she had another appointment set up, but she introduced me to Scott in used car sales and he took over with showing me the car I was interested in looking at and test driving. I have to give them a Full 5 star review for how well they handled my service issue and inquiry for another used vehicle purchase. They are Keeping an eye out for what I am looking for in that used vehicle arena. I will be using them for my service needs for sure and will recomened them to anyone. thank you all for your help today.

I'm obsessed with the car I got from Douglas.

I'm obsessed with the car I got from Douglas. I researched a bit before I went, but I wasn't 100% on exactly what I wanted. Lance helped match me with the perfect car and was a whiz getting through the paperwork so I could be on my way. Thanks Lance!!!

Love my Jeep!

I can't recommend this dealership enough! My salesman Lance found me the perfect Jeep. He made the process so easy. I'm definitely sending some friends his way.

Disappointed

We purchased a 2022 Cadillac XT6 from Gary. After negotiating we settled on a price. The next day the car was advertised $3,000.00 less than we paid. When I called him about it we were told it’s a “glitch” in their system. Not only was it listed for less on their website but also on cars.com. I have over 10 yrs working in car dealerships and have NEVER heard of this. Once a vehicle is sold you delete it from the system. We had to delete it from all listings. I would have believed him IF this was on just a Douglas’ webpage but it was not. He said “ this happens all the time” Believe me IF this happened at a dealership I worked at the IT man would have stayed til it was resolved. I feel as if we we lied to. I wrote them a good review originally after being told they’d receive $150.00 for it. I know that can’t be taken away but I’m extremely disappointed in this action.
