Awesome Service Adviser
My 2015 Challenger was in need of a sensor replacement, I left my car at the dealership for the day. The porter called in sick and Tim Racco grabbed an oil and lube guy to drive me to and from work. Tim always, always goes out of his way to make sure that my car and myself are taken care of. He is the best Service Adviser I have ever had. On a side note, the young man Joey who drove me to and from work, was very nice and didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that he was porter for the day. This dealership has great people who take great care of their customers!

mechanical repair on my Dodge Ram Van 2000
In the beginning of sep 2015 i brought my 2000 Dodge Ram Van for some minor repairs, turned out to be $1200, picked it up and went on vacation right away. At the camping opened the hood and looked inside to see if all was looking connected. air filter wasn't attached, hoses did not have clamps on them. I was kind of disappointed, remembering when Tim ''service underwriter'' reassured me that their dealership doing much better quality on repair then any other small shops around Venice. So i brought vehicle back, they gave another mechanic to fix their ''Quality'' Just be sure when your vehicle repair is done, go underneath and check everything yourself, dont trust them, something could be missing or hanging while you be driving on the road after this 'Fix'

When we arrived we were simply just looking at cars and trucks. David came out to lot and introduced self and we informed him we were just looking. He let us know to let him know if there was anything he could help us with. He gave us time to look and then helped us when we were ready to look! He did a great job and was very pleasant to work with!

New RAM 1500 Truck
I recently purchased a new Dodge RAM 1500 crew cab from Craig Nereim. This is the second new vehicle I've purchased from him. He is very knowledgeable and is always attentive to his customers. Great Shopping Experience
My wife and I were provided with a great car shopping experience. We worked with Craig Nereim, and let me tell you that he did outstanding job helping our family find the car we needed. He greeted my family the moment we arrived and was very accommodating. It was a very hot day, and Craig noticed that my wife and I had brought our 1-year old son with us. He had us stay inside the entire time and brought cars around the side so that we would not have to stay out in the heat. It was a no pressure experience and he definitely matched us with a perfect fit van and at a great price. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Dan Mosher and David Barth allowed for an excellent buying experience. Purchasing a vehicle is a stressful process but both men were extremely supportive and encouraging. They understood the process and believed in the product that they sell. I was very impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm in ensuring that the right purchase was matched with the right person. Pride in their work showed. Knowledge about the dealership, jeep, and process helped. I was also impressed with how quickly the purchase (paperwork process) was handled. Moving ahead they will definitely be on my list to recommend to friends and family. I appreciate the honesty and the lack of "sales atmosphere". I was treated fairly and felt valued. New First Call Van
I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale as I spoke to Dan Mosher on the telephone. Very easy to deal with this dealership, no pressure, and accommodating. I purchased my new van over the phone. I drove and picked up my van from Rob Pierce who was very helpful. Would recommend to any family/friends. Definitely one of the best Dealerships and well worth the drive!

Very happy with Mr. Tom Fields
I first met Mr. Fields when I stopped by to look at a used Ram 2500 and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. On the day I went back to deal on the truck I was assisted by another salesperson. After the sale there were some questions about the tires that were to be replaced on my truck, and when I went back to the dealership Mr. Fields greeted me with a smile and asked if everything was ok. I explained my problem to him, and in a short time he had the answers and took care of me in an honest way. When I go back to Douglas Jeep for another vehicle I can assure you that I will only deal with Mr. Tom Fields. Thank You Tom!!
