Natalie was awesome.

Natalie was awesome. Professional and friendly. Service and brake pads. Suggested only front brake pads were necessary. And tire rotation. Car was clean and ready early for pickup. Have been a customer for 20 plus years.

Good sales representative.

Good sales representative. Fair comments and not too pushing to sell. I saw the car unprepared not washed nor serviced. Later they got it ready to view again.

I have had hybrid or electric cars the last 10 years.

I have had hybrid or electric cars the last 10 years. I wanted an electric SUV. I looked at 7 different vehicles. The Mercedes by far was superior. I also feel like it tracks to accurate mileage/battery life more accurately than my Tesla and I don?t have to charge as often. I highly recommend. Plus the car buying experience was wonderful with Kevin and Demetrii. Pay them a visit - you won?t be disappointed

However, my partner encouraged me to give it another chance and brought me to Mercedes-Benz South Bay. Still hesitant and unimpressed, I browsed the showroom unsure of my next move. As I was preparing to leave, I was warmly approached by someone with a calm demeanor and bright smile—K'Lee, who I would soon learn is Mercedes-Benz’s best-kept secret in Client Care. Her attentiveness, patience, and genuine interest in understanding my needs made all the difference. She never rushed the process and remained supportive as I spent hours—and even days—deciding on the right vehicle. Despite an unexpected travel delay, K'Lee made sure every aspect of my experience was seamless. She coordinated with sales, finance, and service staff to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
