We have worked with James Hwang for over 10 years.

We have worked with James Hwang for over 10 years. We have at least numerous cars from Mercedes Southbay with the help of James. He represents Mercedes of Southbay grand extremely well. He is the reason that we continue to lease cars at this dealership. We cannot say enough good things about James the way he kept us informed went over the car went over the lease, always gracious polite knowledgeable if I were to give him a grade. It would be an all a “A” rating. When this lease is up, my husband and I both will look to James for his help again Thank you, Diana Blade
