I tried some independent shops a while ago and, except for getting my car smogged, I won't take my Mercedes anywhere else. They always do the job right... the first time. They treat their customers with respect. I've never had to wait when I drop my car off or when I pick it up. Their prices are reasonable. They've even fixed things for free that I thought were going to cost me an arm and a leg. Ask for Sonia Gonzalez. She's is my service advisor and she makes sure the job is done right every time.

My Mercedes Repair rep Frank Perri was very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. He addressed the issues, and anticipated future needs. The service... provided was competitive and better-priced than other repair shops I had contacted. The free rental car service was an added plus. Everyone at Mercedes is so helpful and responsive. It is a very great atmosphere.

I buy a car on this dealership and paid in full for the car, because the car going to Service,the car is not ready, and I asked them 5 day later if the... car is ready for pick up or no, they told my the car is already sold to other customer and I ask for refund my money back, they don’t want to, just want me to wait on the dealership, waiting 4 hours in the dealership, nothing happens, still not get my refund. Ask for sale manager Luke, he only told me wait, and said he can’t refund the money to me , I need wait for the general manager. Wait whole day in the dealership, the general manager never coming

Even though my wheel rim warranty was not in my file because of an error when my car was purchased. Frank in service ran the problem down and corrected... it. It delayed my service by a couple of days but was eventually resolved. Thanks to Frank for his diligence
