1. The rear door switch is too high for short people, suggest to put the switch on both side of the door frame. 2. The front defrost turn on, hot air only. It is very uncomfortable on humid day, it might even cause high blood pressure or heart attack. 3. GPS and radio switch is together. I like to use the gps without the radio and find it annoying that the radio comes on when I turn on the ignition. 4. Some model bluetooth does work unless radio is on so when I want to use the phone, the radio as to be on. 5. 2013 GLK350 model side mirror is slanted which cuts off the view from the missing part of the mirror.

They took to long to set the appointment when I called. After the appointment was set with a loner car, I dropped off the car at service. They walked me to the loner car but it took 15 to 20 minutes after I got to the agent , took my info and asked me to wait 15 to 20 minutes before they called me back up. The service department was great, timely and they returned the car clean. Richard
