If Julian Luna is your Sales Associate you'll want to

If Julian Luna is your Sales Associate you'll want to request someone else immediately. Julian is completely useless.. You, the paying customer, will have to remind him to do his job and even then he'll forget. Julian is so useless he even tried to sell me a car that was sold 2 days prior... I thought Mercedes had higher standards?

Emily is an absolute gem! Despite living in Cerritos, I gladly make the drive to the South Bay location just to work her. She makes every process seamless and stress-free. A very good experience, hassle free.

A very good experience, hassle free. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and friendly. My salesperson(Julian Luna) was knowledgeable and patient. The dealership was incredibly clean and accommodating with the beverages.

Let me start by saying, I've been coming to this

Let me start by saying, I've been coming to this dealership for a number of years now. Unit this past Saturday I've only received exceptional service from the Services Department. This past Saturday left a sour taste. I made an appointment and when I showed up 10 mins early the gentlemen when tried to check me in couldn't find me as being schedule. So, he went into the service department to find an adviser to help me. The gentleman was very nice. He came out with a printout of all the service and recall service my car received and try to send me on my way. I told him I have an appointment for an oil change. He then went back into the service department. I wanted for about 30 mins. I watched cars come and go. Then Cesar noticed me. He politely explained to me that I had an appointment but there was no service advisor assigned to me. Ten mins later a less than friendly persons came out to assist me. I felt like I was a bother to him. He displayed an attitude like he did not want to be there. I guess the look of displeasure on my face alarmed him, then his whole attitude changed. I just stayed calm and took mental notes. This is not the "WHITE GLOVE" service that I am used to by Mercedes-Benz of South Bay. I will think long and hard before I even think about bringing my business back. You can Henry in service for that. Your customers should not feel like they are not wanted.

We were very pleased with our recent purchase of 2025

We were very pleased with our recent purchase of 2025 Mercedes 350e. The sales team was quite straightforward, knowledgeable, and sophisticated. Kudos to Ennes, Diana and Ron. I only regret that the Mercedes wall charger was overpriced.

Very pleased with the experience of recent purchase of 2025 Mercedes GLC 350e. Kudos to Ennes, Diana and entire team. Minor criticisms: Overpriced wall mount charger and I wish I could have declined dent protection in finance dept. Overall, excellent, personable and comfortable purchasing care.

I given this dealer 1 star i assisted my dad in purchasing a vehicle my dad paid cash for the suv signed the all the paperwork himself and when he received the title it was under my name witch my name was in none of the paperwork got in contact with deer 3 weeks later haven't heard from them
