Love Honda

Took my Honda pilot to love Honda for service where I usually go. My service lady was Laurie Miller. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my car. Did me a great job as Love Honda always had. She went the extra mile for me. Even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day. Cars in great shape. The service was excellent. Great job LAURIE MILLER! AND ALSO THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN TECHNICIAN THAT GAVE ME A RIDE HOME AND PICKED ME UP WAS SO FRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. Horrible experience. Would never recommend even to my worst enemy. All lies and deception. The salesman and sales manager were bullies. Don’t even waste your time.

Terrible dealership. Austin, the sales manager is a liar. The GM is a liar. You’ve been warned if you still decide to go to this dealership.

My Transmission was acting funny and the Check Engine Light was on, so not trusting any other unknown Transmission Shops, I made an Appointment with Ed in Service. He checked it out and apparently Rodents had Dinner with some wiring, LOL They replaced all the damaged wiring and now everything is functioning normally. Thanks Ed and your Technician for efforts.

Do not let this service department touch your car. First I was told that an oil change would take 2 hours because there were “other cars ahead of me.” I said, isn’t that why you make appointments? Since I knew an oil change only takes 15 minutes I was going to reschedule. Suddenly, my car went right in to the shop. At that point, I my warranty oil change turned into a disaster, as I watched the tech drain about 1/2 the oil then plug up the flow. Engine filter was checked then put back in dirty. That was all I needed to see when I told them to stop this scam of a service visit. I had them repeat the oil change - this time draining ALL the oil, and I was done for good with this place. Management made a feeble attempt to reassure me that my next visit would be better. But they were informed that there would NEVER be a “next” visit. If a dealership can’t do a simple oil change competently, you’d be a fool to let them work on brakes, fluid changes, or anything else. That is of course, if they even did the work at all. They can’t be trusted. Period. Full stop. Stay away from this place.

Respectful, knowledgable, patient, bilingual, etc. Nice young individual with potential. The finance manager was somewhat in a hurry but we were able to understand the documentation signed.

Sales consultant Nick is such a troublemaker! I went in Saturday for an oil change and left in my third CRV I have bought from him. He suggested I consider a hybrid this time. He knew my wife was not crazy about the Canyon River Blue CRV we were having serviced. We negotiated several times and Sean stepped in and asked if he met my price would I sign and drive the 2025 Meteorite Hybrid CRV. Deal done. Dealership is very personable and Justin the F&I manager handled the closing quickly and smoothly. When I am ready to trade for CRV #4 I will go see Love Honda.
