Cheyenne Phelps is absolutely the perfect example of what every successful service department should follow. She exemplifies professionalism and shows attention to her customers. She made my last experience at Village Toyota's Service department very enjoyable. She took care of my truck and my situation with the very best service I have ever experienced at any dealership in my 40 years of owning a vehicle. I was so pleased that I will be a returning customer many times in the future.

PLEASANT SURPRISE!
I/we have been faithful loyal fans of the General Motors cars, and that from Cadillacs to our last, Cavaliers; one in Seattle, and one here locally. We went back to our Chevy Dealer to buy a pre-owned Red Rav4 (wife's choice) they had available, and the Sales Mgr. represented this product with high marks. As a result of our pure satisfaction with, and in that we live in WA (6 mons.) and Fl (6 mons.) we just had to duplicate it here, BUT were advised of 'High Pressure Salesmen at Village, and that by a representative of another dealership and product, so BEWARE! On the contrary, we experienced just the opposite both by Salesman 'BOB' the bearded wonder; extremely pleasant and kind and efficient, along with the Business Mgr. We couldn't have had a better experience, PLUS the fact that in both purchases, we got the only vehicle 'of choice' available on each sales lot; we are indeed happy, and pleased, and love the way both vehicles handle and ride! A good experience, even is the dealership was really busy.
We were there during Toyotathon, and still received courteous attention. We had made an appointment with Damon, he was tied up when we got there, but he put us with Bobby, who was good. We saw Damon at the conclusion, and things worked out just fine. We already had a 2016 Highlander, which we had purchased through Damon, and purchased a 2019 Highlander, as the new safety features were of interest to us We have liked dealing with the Service Department at Village Toyota as well, although it is a trip from Ocala.

All necessary maintenance items are taken care of quickly and performed professionally. When I leave after my work is finished, I never worry about my car. I have a feeling of comfort and trust when I drive because I know it is in the best shape it can be. We recently completed a 4500 mile road trip without ANY problems.
