From start to finish I had a terrific car buying experience. Sean listened to what I was looking for, recommended vehicles based on my needs and preferences, and ultimately found me a great fit at a price that was also a fit for my budget. He never attempted to persuade me out of my price range like most do. Communication back and forth was prompt, and when I picked up my vehicle, Daniel had all the paperwork waiting for me. Having to purchase a car is stressful, to say the least. Kisselback Ford eliminated my stress with their level of service and trust.

We selected Kisselback Ford because of other great reviews. The staff and sales managers are down to earth people. The sales associate Rob Ramnarine was courteous and helpful. The sale team were not pushy or confrontational at trying to sell you a car, on the contrary. Rob Ramnarine and Kim Hilley handle the experience of buying a new car with the outmost professional manner. it was really nice. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers before. But the staff and team at Kisselback Ford made the experience a pleasant one. I strongly recommend anyone to this dealer.

Reviewing the Service Dept. I have always had excellent service. PJ, Joe, and Marcos are polite, have the knowledge, and try to have you on your on your way as quick as possible. I can always expect the best from this Ford service dept.

I recently took my vehicle in for service. Upon entering, I was greeted by a service writer named Chris Webb. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and very professional in his interactions with me as I discussed my concerns with him. I felt like he truly cared about me and my vehicle and that I was not just a paycheck to him. The work that was completed on my vehicle was top notch and my vehicle was treated respectfully. I highly recommend seeing Chris when you take your vehicle for service at Kisselback!

Vickie Robertson was my salesperson and she was the best ever. Treated me like a friend and said she treats people the way she wants to be treated. No hassle or pressure at all. Second car I've bought at Kisselback and had a good experience both times. Kim Hilley was very friendly and helped so much getting me a good interest rate. Tammy Walters closed the loan and was great in explaining everything to me. Overall, a wonderful bunch of ladies who did a fantastic job with me.

I have been a loyal customer of this service department for many years and I only have great things to say about them. They are trustworthy and always reliable. I have never had a problem with anything that has been done on any of my mustangs. PJ, one of the service managers there is fantastic. He always goes above and beyond. He is always helpful, explains everything and I never have to worry about my car with him. The service is quick and everyone there is always courteous. If you need service on your vehicle this is the place to go!!!!!!!

Vickie Albertson was a very pleasant, helpful, wonderful sales person. We wanted to try out the Cmax, but found that I was height challenged. We built a car and found one in Lake Wales which she drove to get it that day late in the afternoon that would have height adjustments. It is the car of my dreams and I would recommend her and the dealership to any of my friends.

Service was done right the first time. Integrity, hospitality and genuine care was made apparent. I didn't feel as though I was just another number but a customer who was cared for.
