ONE MONTH OLD CAR BEEN AT DEALER EVERY WEEK FOR REPAIR HOW DOES A BRAND NEW CAR HAVE WARPED ROTOR AND BRAKES !! 2020 CAMRY UNREAL WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN... OR LET A FRIEND BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!! I WANT TO GIVE THIS CAR BACK !!! WASTE MY TIME NINE TIME AT THIS DEALER IN ONE MONTH
I called and your service writer got me in right away
purchase A 2020 Toyota Camry on July 4th (Friday) on July 5th the passenger window did not go down and the drivers window was making a loud noise and... the door panel was pushing out .July 6 went back dropped car off to be repaired had to put rental car on my own credit card which is unreal .July 10th went to pick up car was raining took car home July 11th notice a dent on bottom of driver door and a scratch deep down to the metal .Return car on July 13 th Again having to use my own credit card for rental car It puts a hold on $250 dollars .On July 17th went back to dealer to pick up car the scratch was fixed and the dent was even worst for them trying to just buff it out .I then asked for the manager we i began to lose my cool when they offer to buy the car back from me for less then what they sold it to me for just two weeks ago! At this point i did not want the car or any Toyota ! I was told to please leave the car again and it would be taken care of . I had also mentioned on JULY 13 that the brakes were making a noise .on July 21 i got the car back and the dent was repaired after driving home the brakes were still making noise i called back to dealer and asked them if the brake had been services and the services department (stan) had said there were no records of the brakes needing services that i can wait till my first oil service to have them check so unprofessional put a person life on hold what if the brakes are faulty . The experience this dealer as put me threw I would never buy a Toyota or let any family or friend buy form this dealer again and a matter a fact my company all drive Toyota Tundra and they will not be any longer . I have lost so much time from work dealing with this car and now i have to bring car back again for the brake so Ill have to rent the car again for a few day and go out of my way because the car they sold me Is a LEMON!!! i will be report this to all the website and the BBB till this issue is handle in the right manner .
Pierre was my salesman and he was just great to work with! Also John in finance was super helpful and patient with any financial questions I had. In... my family, we all drive Toyotas!

Unprofessional, rude and belligerent service representative. This is the second incident in two months, the last time it was my wife that was treated poorly;... today it was my turn. Do yourself a favor and buy your Toyota elsewhere.
The only reason I'd say NO recommend this dealer, is because i don't have a full experience yet. I only went once for the 25,000 miles They did the service... quickly and the person was kind and took the time to explain me when is my next service. The facility was not comfortable for the waiting time,but I am used to the Palm Beach which is new and pretty.
Kim is our service advisor.She is very easy to deal with always greeting you with a smile.I would not use any other service advisor. She deserves a gold... Star
the week before the service date, i called the svc dept, and told toyota I I need ruby red flare touch up paint for my rav 4.they checked and said... they had it in stock. on 5 '29'20 .we brought our car in,and i checked the parts dept.,and they did not have my color anywhere in stock,and they can'ttrack delveryfrom calif. they said they had my name on a tube and would send it when it comes. nothing yet. (2) we are having trouble with our gps and asked for help.We couldn,t get anyone to check the problem,and had to leave for another appointment
