I surrendered a 2023 Nissan Rogue for a 2027 Prius, and the process was handled in a courteous and professional manner from start to finish, Matthew, my salesperson was helpful and I never felt pressured to buy or lease. The sales manager was especially hospitable and fair. Everything was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time, and I drove home with a beautiful new Prius. I highly recommend this dealership
