    Fred (service) and team went above and beyond with my Camry repair problems. I had a major engine issue caused by misdiagnosis of my vehicle at another... Toyota dealer located North of Bev Smith. Although the process was long and laborious and took two separate visits to fix it they worked with my budget and gave me loaner cars - twice - for an extended length of time - while they worked on the repairs. Bev Smith has always provided wonderful service in the past. In hindsight I should never have went anywhere else for service just because I was in a hurry - it cost me significant time and added expense. I won't make that mistake again.

    Its a dealership. Research what youre buying to get a fair price. As all dealerships they push too hard for extended warranties, road side assistance,... and extra wheel /tire protection.

    This service was routine, nothing unusual done, however it took over 2 hours. I made an appointment two days in advance so scheduling should not have been... a problem. But it really took way too long for no explained reason. Using your service customer information to sick a pesty salesman on me was new this time. Personally it was offensive and I am surprised Bev Smith stooped this low. Apparently this is a new feature of getting my service done at your facility. Should I expect to have to endure this every time I come in for service? If your service time will continue to take so long and you use this opportunity to pressure me to buy a car, I may seriously start looking for another location to service my vehicle. Toyota no longer makes a car that I would be interested in driving. I own a Solara Convertible. Living in Florida I don't understand why anyone would buy anything except a convertible. But you no longer offer this vehicle, yet your irritable salesman wouldn't take no for an answer and continued to try to talk me into something that I will never buy. I am currently looking for a new convertible to replace my Solara, but Toyota cannot fill that need for me. What good will this do if you don't share it with Bev Smith?

    Inside the shop, the mechanics were great and very helpful. However, inside at the Service Desk I requested anew battery for my keyless. He prayed it... open (not correct) with a screwdriver which bent a part which rendered it impossible to close. I t was NOT bent before he broke it. The mechanics jerryrigged to work temporarily but it is basically ruined. The mechanic Will remember. I would like to be compensated with a replacement or the cost of such! Sarah Smith
