I bought a new Rav 4 on July 8,2021. My sales representative was Jeffrey Styles, he was wonderful. He was very considerate to my addition family members present. He took us all for the test drive and worked with us on the price. He even drove the new car over to get the side windows tinted. We managed to get the test drive, price, insurance and registration in one afternoon. He helped with my trade-in and even peeled the stickers for my development entry off the windows and put them on my new car. I drove off with my car that very day. Strangely the following Sunday my car had a flat tire. I drove it back to Bev Smith and they fixed it right away. Great Service!

I was so excited when KARMA called me i was in a bad deal with my current car loan and my kids and i needed a new car so i took the time to go to the car dealership to get us a new car took me moths to save some money bt i did got thier spoke to a car sales mane name jeferry who i tought had my best interest at hand but i was wrong yall be aware that this dealership is all about money anoth the happiness of the client i have been calling for days to see what the return policy is due to 2 weeks ago i bought a brand new rav4 le not even the care i wanted that nearly took the life of my kids and mine we were driving when the car started to act erotic and crazy my kids were screaming andi was trying to gain control of the car i have a 10 and an 8 year old that can tell u they dont want that car back because they are afraid it took me a while but was able to safe money for a new car but i got xxxx the 2021cRAV4 LE we got was good for a few til one day we wete driving and it took control and nearly killed us told the dealer they dont care i asked what is the policy of returning a car to get different one if i was unhappy but noone could tell me even doe i have provided 2 different phone numbers they can reach me at what am i post to tell my kids we are getting the car back that nearly killed you i love my kids dearly and i work very hard for my money so i say this to all single mothers trying to do for their kids DONT RUST THIS DEALER NO STRUCTURE, NO KINDENESSS,NO COMPASSION,NO ANYTHING WANT SOMETHING SAFE FOR YOUR KIDS GO WITH JEEP OR SOMEONE ELSE SAVE SAVE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DEAL WITH A BETTER COMPANY IM HEART BROKEN THAT I CANT EVEN GET THECAR I REALLY WANT WHERE THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE AND STICK ME WITH A BRAND NEW CAR THAT DON WORK BUYERS BEWARE THE CAR I BOUGHT THAT NEARLY KILLED MY FAMILY DUE TO EMPLOYEE KARMA NAD JEFREY AND BEV SMITH TOYOTA IS A 2021 RAV 4 LE DONT MAKE A CAR IF YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT GET AN XLE OR HIGHER AT LEAST THEY TAKE PRIDE IN MAKE THAT MODELE OR HIGHER
