I bought my Truck to Lenny Cruz in the service department. He came out right at my appointment time. He informed me Toyota has a shuttle service that could take me to and from where i need to go so i didn’t have to wait i will use that in the future. Really liked getting a video from the technician on my service and an email as well. I will book my future appointment with Lenny and recommend him to others .

BEWARE – Unethical Bait‑and‑Switch Tactics After several conversations with this dealership about a specific vehicle, we were assured—multiple times—that the car was onsite and ready for us to see. We drove an hour based on their confirmation. Upon arrival, the salesperson greeted us, grabbed the keys, and then informed us on the way to the car that it was not the vehicle we had discussed for over a week. Instead, it was a similar model with fewer features. She asked whether this would be a deal‑breaker and said she could “work on the price.” She admitted she had “made a mistake,” yet continued pushing my daughter to test‑drive the car since we had already made the trip. After the test drive, she again asked if we would consider this vehicle and reiterated she could adjust the price. We decided to step away for lunch to avoid making a rushed decision. After lunch, we called back, clearly confirmed the price several times, and agreed to return to purchase the car. This was supposed to be my daughter’s first new vehicle. Once back at the dealership, the salesperson had my daughter begin paperwork, including a credit inquiry. While she was filling it out, the salesperson returned with the formal proposal—which was $10,000 higher than the agreed‑upon price and even over $10,000 above MSRP. When we questioned it, she removed the paperwork and returned with a manager who did not acknowledge any mistake. Instead, he simply said, “We can discuss the price,” and both insisted this inflated number was the price we had agreed to. At that point, it felt like they were calling us liars or fools. They wasted our entire day, and we left immediately. To make matters worse, they still ran my daughter’s credit even though they knew we were not purchasing the vehicle. They continued calling afterward, leaving voicemails offering lower prices. When I finally answered, I politely told them we had already purchased the car elsewhere—at the original price they had agreed to. This dealership’s behavior was deceptive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid going through what we experienced.
